- Role of Emotional Responses in Marital Adjustment and Satisfaction in Couples undergoing Infertility Treatment

The study tried to explore role of emotional responses in marital adjustment and satisfaction in couples undergoing for infertility treatment. Using quantitative approach, 74 infertile couples (74 IVF&74 ICSI) (Total N=148) had rated their emotional responses, marital adjustment and satisfaction during infertility treatment. The findings of multiple regression analysis revealed that in IVF group and in male group of participants, particularly, positive affectivity and intensity of positive emotions and intensity of negative emotions emerged as best predictors of marital adjustment. Furthermore, positive emotion responses were emerged as best predictors for marital satisfaction in both IVF and ICSI groups. The findings are discussed in the light of the role of positive affectivity and intensity of positive emotions in stressed situation like undergoing infertility treatment.Keywords

A study was carried out during the year of 2012 and 2014 at Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, C.S. Azad university of Agriculture and technology, Kanpur -208002. The chemical evaluation of Misti Dahi prepared from various composition of different milk was the objective of present study. The treatments i.e., 100% buffalo milk (A1), 50% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk (A2), 50% buffalo milk + 50% soy milk (A3) and 25% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk (A4) were tested. In each batch, four levels of sugar was added i.e., B1 (10%), B2 (12%), B3 (14%) and B4 (16%). After adding of sugar, the each batch was inoculated with starter culture Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis with 2% inoculum (C1), Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris with 2% inoculums (C2) and Bifidobacterium bafidum 2% inoculums (C3). These were further divided in two batches and each batch was allowed to incubate at 300C (D1) and 370C (D2) temperature. After that the storage studied were carried out on fresh product (E1- 0 days storage), after 7 days storage (E2) and after 14 days storage (E3). Pure buffalo milk was found most suitable, while 75% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk also at par in respect of chemical qualities of Misti Dahi. The overall maximum fat, lactose, ash and total solids content were noted in samples prepared from 100% buffalo milk with 10% sugar by the use of Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactus culture at 370C incubation temperature at freshly prepared (0 day storage period).Keywords

This paper presents a collaborative study on recent advances in honeypot research and related topics. In reviewing the literature, we have covered the following areas: types of honeypots, utilizing honeypot output data, arranging honeypots, counteracting honeypot detections by attackers. Our literature reviews also indicate that the Distributed denial-of-service attack (DDoS) as one of the most common internet attacks. An attempt is made to prevent legitimate network traffic from reaching the target and consequently to disable all services that this resource provides to the victim. DDoS attacks can be labeled in two levels: first one is application-level and another is network-level. Disadvantage in network-based application is that the communication port is commonly open.This allows attackers to possibly launch Denial of Service (DoS) Attacks. It can be solved by using the port hopping technique, which can support many clients without the need of group synchronization in the presence of clock drift. The adaptive algorithm approach enables the synchronization in the presence of clock drift. Thus the honeypot provide the basic approach for network threats. The collaborative studies relate the advance study for the network attack detection and threats and provide multiple solution technique to analyze the same.Keywords

The present study attempted to explore the expression of emotional responses of Indian couples during infertility treatment period. 150 couples (75 IVF & 75 ICSI) were requested to enlighten by using quantitative approach, Couples had rated their expression of different emotions and their frequency and intensity of emotions. The findings of analysis of variance revealed that treatment condition was significantly affect the positive and negative affectivity and frequency of participants but the intensity was not affected by the treatment procedure. Furthermore, the findings of the study identified no gender differences in expression of emotions with infertility in males and females.Keywords

A study was conducted to evaluate the effect of soy milk on sensory attributes of dahi, which was prepared by using soy milk and milk combinations in various ratios, viz. 100% buffalo milk (A1), 50% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk (A2), 50% buffalo milk + 50% soy milk (A3) and 25% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk (A4) were tested. In each batch, four levels of sugar was added i.e., B1 (10%), B2 (12%), B3 (14%) and B4 (16%). After adding of sugar, the each batch was inoculated with starter culture Lactococcuslactis subsp. lactis with 2% inoculum (C1), Lactococcus lactis subsp cremoris with 2% inoculums (C2) and Bifidobacteriumbifidum 2% inoculums (C3). These were further divided in two batches and each batch was allowed to incubate at 30°C (D1) and 37°C (D2) temperature. After that the storage studied were carried out on fresh product (E1- 0 days storage), after 7 days storage (E2) and after 14 days storage (E3). These samples are stored at 5°C at refrigeration temperature. In sensory attributes the scores of flavor, body and texture, color and appearance and sweetness were determined. The evaluation process replicated thrice. Statistically factorial CRD are applied for analysis of the data. The best sensory quality of Misti Dahi was obtained from 100% buffalo milk with 12% sugar by the use of 2% inoculums with Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactics culture at 37°C incubation temperature and freshly prepared (0 day storage period), while 75% buffalo milk + 25% soy milk also at par in respect of sensory qualities of Misti Dahi.Keywords

The Requirements are the foundation for delivering quality software. And in today's business era different business organization needs commercial software and the software need to be delivered on time and within budget. And thus we need a complete, concise and accurate requirement engineering document. But most of the software which is delivered have errors, bugs and lack of functionality. And the reason for this is that the RE document is always written in natural language which is prone to ambiguities. And thus we need a mathematical method or a scientific method for writing RE documents. The formal methods in the past few years emerged as a most important or central issues in software engineering. And the precise specification, modeling and verification is identified in most of the engineering disciplines. And the formal methods provide us a tool to precisely describe a system correctly. The formal methods are a particular kind of mathematical techniques meant for specification, development and verification of software and hardware system. The primary reason of using mathematical formalism in RE text is the quality of the requirements and possibility of automation of some of the processes. In this paper we compare the different types of formal methods by analyzing there merits and demerits in the background of the different parameters like concurrency control, object oriented concepts and requirement engineering perspective.

Hybrid rice technology appears to be a feasible and readily available option for raising the yield potential. However, there is still scope for raising hybrid rice production in Satna district by adoption of recommended practices of hybrid rice by the All India Co-ordinated Rice Improvement Project (ICAR) College of Agriculture Rewa (M.P.). The present study was carried out in Satna district of Madhya Pradesh to assess management behaviour of the farmers in relation to improved cultivation of hybrid rice with a sample of 120 hybrid rice growers. The study revealed that among all the components of management behaviour of hybrid rice cultivation in highest mean score was observed in technology management (1.35), followed by labour management (1.28) and planning (1.19). It was also found that 49.17 per cent respondents showed medium extent of management of improved hybrid rice production technology, while 28.33 per cent respondents showed low extent of management of improved hybrid rice production technology and remaining 25.50 per cent showed high extent of management of improved hybrid rice production technology. The data indicate that the characteristics as education, size of land holding, farming experience, source of information, contract with extension agents, mass media exposure, innovativeness, economic motivation, risk orientation and decision making had significant relationship at 5 per cent level of significance with the management of improved hybrid rice cultivation practices.Keywords
