A large number of people are migrating from rural areas to urban areas for better jobs and to have a better quality life. ICT is playing a leading role in the development of smart cities. It provides better services and improves the well-being of the citizens. Smart cities provide high efficiency and also manages complexity. As the urbanization is growing at a steady pace, the economy is also growing at an unfaltering pace. More and more people are investing their money in the property. The research also predicts that there is a big price hike in the property with the development of the smart cities. This paper discusses the smart gains and price appreciation of the property with the development of the smart cities. Keywords

Configuration Management is the discipline of controlling the occurrence of changes in the complex systems. In Software Development Life Cycle, Configuration Management is generally known as Software Configuration Management (SCM).
In this paper we will discuss about how Software Configuration Management (SCM) is used to plan, organise, control and coordinate the identification, storage and change of software through development, integration and transfer. However, the project is how large or small Software configuration management (SCM) has a critical effect on quality of the project. SCM uses some Elements for efficient development and maintenance, so that the integrity of the software will never be compromised. It also uses SCM Toolsets for configuration management. Basically, this paper shows that how efficiently SCM works and tackles the changes in the software development.

The Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) famously known as Six Sense Technology lets you have access to a bulk of information that aids you with taking decision with the help of camera, web enabled mobile, projector, mirror, speech IC and colored markers. The markers work as reference point of the gestures, camera captures the gestures, that is manipulated and converted into decision with the help of information which is provided by the web enabled mobile, the mirror reflects the decision image that is projected by the projector This technology has wide range of applications, not only in the technology sector but also in the social scenario. In this paper we discuss about the vast area of the sixth sense that needs to be explored like motion sensing, artificial intelligence, gaming to make it more user-friendly technology. Keywords

With the fast growing technology the need for computers is being increasing in every field. Increase in amount of electricity consumes the carbon content in the atmosphere. To overcome this, people are trying to minimize the carbon footprint and minimum usage of energy using Green computing. The main focus attention of this paper is to study how to perform the jobs without any deviation by minimizing the power consumption of each functional unit effectively. Keywords

Digital libraries have been an important source of information throughout the history of mankind. Notably, semantic web has given a marvellous change to the traditional libraries and presently took the shape of semantic digital libraries which can be accessed at any time with more meaningful search. This paper explores the Semantic Web and the technologies that support the functioning of digital libraries including RDF, OWL and ontologies. Semantic Web technologies are considered from the perspective of digital libraries, and how Semantic Web technologies can enhance the functioning of digital libraries. A current research has been reviewed on the use of semantic web technologies in digital libraries and a vision on future trends of digital library have been proposed.- The Evolution of Smart Cities

As the worldwide population is growing continuously at an unprecedented pace, a large number of individuals are moving to urban areas each and every day. Indeed novices can foresee that the urban population be doubled within a brief period of time. The world is becoming more urbanized. To handle such urbanization, it is the need of the hour to make our cities even smarter. Smart cities find new ways to manage complexity, increase efficiency and reduce expenses and provide a high quality life. This need, leads to the development of 100 smart cities as a part of "Modi's acche din vision" from the outset. This present paper aims to shed light on the often elusive definition of the concept of the "smart city".Keywords

VANET is specialized application of MANET. The need VANET is felt as the number of vehicles are swelling remarkably thereby the traffic density has grown many times. The voluminous traffic density results in more and more accidents. Therefore the manufactures, researchers and Government are forced to improve the on-road safety along-side improving the quality of the roads. As the Wireless technology is improving day by day, various new type of networks, such as Vehicular Ad Hoc Network (VANET) have emerged. VANET is nothing but a communication protocol between Road side Units and vehicles and /or between a vehicle and other near-by vehicle. As the importance of smart cities and labs conceptualized [1] in the recent years where VANETs plays an important role. VANET helps in basic concept of smart cities as it can transmit the traffic information and help driver to drive with safely. An effort is made to provide a survey of various Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS) and routing protocols. VANET.Keywords
