This is a study of Organizational Stress in relation to Job Satisfaction and General Health of Professional Women. In the present study an attempt was made to find out what is the effect of organizational stress, job satisfaction and general mental health on professional women's life. In the present investigation, women professionals were the field of study. Asper sample for this work, 400 women police persornnals from police organization of Haryana state were taken up on the basts of stratified random sampling techniques. In this research three test were administrated individually on professional Women, In this research questionnaire including The Organizational Stress questionnaire developed by Shailendra Singh, The Job Satisfaction scale is developed by O.S. Rathore and The GHQ-12 is developed by David Goldberg. The data of 400 women professionals was analysed by calculating 'coefficient of correlation (r), and t test besides the descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation). In order to findout the relationship between organizational stress job satisfaction and general health, coefficient of correlation was applied. Independent sample 't' test was used to find the significance of difference between the mean scores of between organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health. We have seen the result for interaction to each other independent variables on organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health, so we can say that most of interaction have significant relationship between organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health. Acc. To findings, the professional women who have high job satisfaction, and low organizational stress they have good general health, and they are lessprone to the mental health problems.Keywords

Aging is defined as a progressive deterioration of physiological functions with age. It brings about a number of physiological changes. It not only affects a person's looks, but also becomes a cause of physical deterioration. This study was undertaken to understand the health risk of elderly people and to gather some information about their perceived health needs in the village ecosystem of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand, India. The present study is descriptive in nature. Herein, an attempt is made to describe the situation and major health problems faced by the elderly from 140 samples of aged 60 and above in seven rural communes of Udham Singh Nagar. Findings reveal that majority of the elderly, both male and female, are unhealthy. The most common health problems aged people face include eye sight, joint pains, weakness, digestion complaints and others. More health problems were reported by female compared to male.Keywords

The present study examined relation in organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health among professional working women. The sample was comprised of 400 women police personnel. Organizational stress scale by Sheilendra Singh, Job satisfaction scale by Rathore and General Health Questionnaire (GHQ) were used respectively to study the variable in the study. Pearson's correlation method was use. The results indicated that there was significant relation in organizational stress, job satisfaction and general health of women police personnel.Keywords

Satisfaction is key Challenge, growth and learning is three factors that keep employees productive and satisfied. HR with an appropriate strategy managed to assemble a crackerjack, technology-savvy team. O.K. now the hard work begins: keeping them. Survey after survey of hi-tech employees reveals that the primary motivating factor is not how much money they make (as long as it compares well to industry standards), but how challenging their job is and how much room there is to grow and learn. Now days consumers are more conscious for their health and maintaining a better quality of life. They prefer to consume the products which are healthy for them, their family and will help them to attain maximum satisfaction. Money is not a limiting factor as far as food, cosmetic and medicinal products preserving health are concerned. The current scenario shows an inclination of consumer's interest towards the consumption of herbal and eco-friendly products which do not have side effects. This particular tendency has been responsible for extraordinary popularization of Patanjali products and generated curiosity to find out the attributes responsible for such revolutionary trends of Patanjali products. So the need was felt to study the consumer perception towards Patanjali products. The perception of consumer regarding attributes of Patanjali products were found satisfactory . V arious product attributes met with consumer expectations. All the consumers of medicinal products have safe investment attitude. Food product users have positive attitude and cosmetic product users have carefree attitude towards these products. Medicinal products were consumed basically with the attitude to acquire good health, food products to gain complete satisfaction with consumption and cosmetic products consume in order to use something new.Keywords
