BACKGROUND: Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the oldest infections known toaffect humans and in spite of the new treatment strategies and observations; it remains one of the most substantial causes of death in the world. Studies focusing on the QOL among TB patients are limited and no such investigation has been considering the fact that improvement in health-related QOL is an important factor for better response for treatment among TB patients. The aim of the study was to assess the quality of life including physiological, general health perception and social role functioning among patients with tuberculosis.METHODOLOGY: A prospective interventional study for a period of 6 months has been carried out in a tertiary care hospital. Prior permission has been obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, VelsUniversity. Tuberculosis patients of both sex, aged between 18-65 years on anti-tubercular therapy were included. SF-12 Questionnaire was used to assess the Mental Component Scoring (MCS) and Physical Component Scoring (PCS).The patient was counselled after 14 days, again MCS and PCS were assessed.
RESULTS: A total of 109 patients were taken for the study. There was an improvement in physical and mental status of TB patients.
DISCUSSION: HRQL or health related quality of life is a relatively new index for TB patients. The QoL assessed for the cases when compared with that of the control group helped in the evaluation of the impact of TB on QoL of patients. Our study included assessment of Socio-psychological & exercise adaptation score on 12 parameters (SF-12 Scale) to evaluate a health status in patients at the start of treatment and after the IP phase of treatment.HRQL scoring was sensitive to changes in the quality of life of patients as demonstrated by statistically significant differences in score changes observed at the end of treatment. The present study revealed that there was a significant difference between the scores of physical component scoring (PCS) and mental component scoring (MCS) patient. In the present study, it was concluded that the scores of the men were significantly higher than those of the women in the dimensions of SF 12 in active cases.
CONCLUSION: This study illustrates that the HRQL scoring for tuberculosis (SF-12 Scale) patients shows the changes in the quality of life after giving counselling to the patients and this should be made mandatory for all TB patients during their treatment course which would help the patients for the betterment of their treatment and improves their quality of life.Improved physical and mental status of the TB patients in this study implies the positive impact of patient counselling which will improve success rate of the treatment.

Now a day's peoples are completely habituated for cool life or without hard work so this reason causes many diseases. Recently most of the software employees yield for spondilysis, gastritis, heart stroke, brain stroke and paralysis etc. especially throughout world youth suffering with stress condition and money earning pressure and restless work, mechanical life also causes various diseases. Recently in Nalgonda one survey held on brain stroke and kidney failure, paralysis. In that survey as a pharmacist and other doctors are conducted for every 100 persons participated in that 7 members are heart stroke, 5 persons are kidney failure, 3 are paralyzed persons are there. This survey carried at Government hospital, Gollguda, Nalgonda, Telangana. why this ailments are raising means lack of exercise, fast food eating, environmental pollution, restless life, insomnia, companies task pressure on employ along with lot of reasons are there. Keywords

This paper provides a low cost-effective and flexible home monitoring system with the aid of an integrated. Micro-web server with Internet Protocol (IP) connectivity for access and to monitoring of equipment and devices remotely using smart phone app. The main ideas is to identify the number of persons entering and existing in a home, monitoring the gas leakage, indication of water level, monitoring the intensity of light and reducing the speed of fan. The proposed system does not require a dedicated server PC with respect to similar systems and offers a new communication protocol for monitoring the home environment with more than just switching functionality and provide home energy control systems design intelligent services for users.

In this project presents a design of a Baby Monitoring System based on IOT network. A prototype is developed which gives a reliable and efficient baby monitoring system that can play a vital role in providing a better infant care. This system monitor vital parameters such as body temperature, pulse rate, moisture condition moment of an infant and using IOT network this information is transferred to their parents.
Measurements of these vital parameters can be done and under risk situation conveys to the parents with alarm triggering system to initiate the proper control actions. The system architecture consists of sensors for monitoring vital parameters IOT and sound buzzer are controlled by a single microcontroller core.
One of the biggest problems nowadays in hospital is the new born babies getting abducted and infants getting mismatched due to lack of ability to distinguish between features of an individual infant. In order to prevent such situation in hospitals, RFID based infant monitoring system can help. By organizing and synchronizing technologies like radio frequency identification by using these technologies we provide a system which allows the new born babies being monitored every time without interrupting the regular care of the infants.

Background: Perimenopause is the menopausal progress which starts quite a long while before menopause. There is progressive decrease in ovarian capacity because of which ladies experience different indications influencing their personal satisfaction. Serious side effects are being overseen by Hormone Replacement Therapy [HRT] which is related with entanglements including danger. Subsequently elective treatments are expected to adapt to the manifestations. Yoga is one among the most usually utilized integral techniques for menopausal side effects.
Technique: A cross sectional comparitive investigation was done in the urban territory of Kancheepuram locale among 120 perimenopausal ladies inside the age gathering of 35 to 55 considered into two gatherings as ladies normally rehearsing yoga not rehearsing yoga by irregular inspecting strategy. An organized poll including the MRS scale is appropriated and reactions gathered in the wake of acquiring educated assent. MS Excel is utilized for information examination.
Result: The investigation of the gathered information uncovered an essentially less score on all the subscales among ladies rehearsing yoga and contemplation normally than among ladies not rehearsing yoga. Yoga as a compelling elective treatment to diminish menopausal indications is entrenched through the examination. A huge connection between span of rehearsing and control in the menopausal manifestations is likewise reported.
Conclusion: Yoga and reflection rehearsed normally can be powerful in dealing with the troubling manifestations of menopause and improving the personal satisfaction among perimenopausal ladies.
