Objectives: Introducing gaming approach in the jeopardy round of InCTF (Indian Capture the Flag). Methods: Present Jeopardy round of InCTF can be compared as take-away assignments, where participants are given set of questions to solve, this is aimed at testing their knowledge in various computer security concepts. To make jeopardy round more attractive and motivating to the students we introduce a gaming approach to it. A game is developed which is divided into various levels and at each level the knowledge of students in Cyber security concepts is tested. Our design will help others to host jeopardy round CTF and get maximum learning outcome from the students. Findings: Security competition like CTF (Capture the Flag) are effective tool in providing computer security training. Conclusion: Gaming approach in Cyber security education will be a big step forward in training more students in computer security and create a secure online world.Keywords

Initiated in 2002 under Public Private Partnership, Akshaya Telecentres are the common access points for the Information and communications services offered by Government of Kerala. It was established with an objective of bridging the digital divide, starting from the most basic level of administration, the panchayaths. One among its key objectives is to have at least one ICT literate member per household who can access public services and information easily. The present study was an attempt to compare the number of Akshaya centres on the basis of Panchayath size and Districts. The study could bring out that the sanctioning of Akshaya centres in a Panchayath is based on the size of the Panchayath in all the Districts.Keywords

Akshaya is a Kerala Government initiated project for the purpose of enhancing the speed of e-literacy, in public especially in rural areas through a Public Private Partnership (PPP) entrepreneurship programme. Akshaya Telecentres addresses as the information communication access point to the public, one for every 1000 families living in two or three municipal or panchayat wards. The project was launched on November 2002 with the model of social entrepreneurship as an initiative to provide equitable access to Information and Communication Technology (ICT) throughout the state. This project has involved in setting up of Telecentres across Kerala. A Telecentre is a community centre that offers shared access to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for the purpose of community level development and poverty reduction. Telecentres have to function like any other enterprise with an objective to achieve Sustainability. This study was conducted in order to assess the present status of Akshaya Telecentres in Kerala. The relevant dimensions and subsequent content areas of entrepreneurial competencies vary by the nature of entrepreneurial task and context within which they are performed. The study shows what is known about Telecentre entrepreneurs in terms of demographics, psychological, work behavior and competencies. In addition to the competencies of the entrepreneur, Telecentres require effective and dynamic organisational arrangements. Such arrangements are required for mobilising, organizing, utilizing, developing and protecting resources.Keywords
