Data is the most crucial part of an organization. Most of the organizations focus only on protecting the data from external attacks but a greater damage can be done by insiders. Standard database security mechanisms, such as access control, authentication, and encryption are not much helpful when it comes to preventing data threat from insiders. To protect the data from insider threat this paper provides a novel approach called multihand administration on a database system. The core idea is to provide a service level public key for any major DDL actions. It can be achieved by the usage of DDL trigger technique. Correlation of private and public key usage among DBAs enables the database repository change. Thus it prevents the malicious modifications by authorized users and protects the data from insider attack. Key transfer is achieved using .net SMTP and it is tracked in the database repository. Initially the system will be considering anonymous user access and the system is secured by hiding necessary connection string information followed by profile loading concept. It is one of the latest .net skin and theme techniques. The system provides response to anonymous user authentication by using three levels including conservative, aggressive and fine grained.

Background/Objectives: The pros in using network virtualization for the users and the resources offers effectual, meticulous, and protected sharing of the networking resources. Methods/Statistical Analysis: In network there is a problem of accountability that any malicious router can drop packets that are supposed to impart packets instead of throwouts. To understand the packet dropping issues in detail this paper recognizes the foremost attacks and to tackle these attacks algorithms are initiated. Findings: A concise assessment on two major attacks are dealt in this article: black hole attack and gray hole attack. If there is any malevolent node in the network, the number of data packets is not reaching the destination, since the packets dive in middle path. To overcome these issues, we identify proposed mechanisms against the attacks and improve the network recital in terms of package globule degree. Applications/Improvements: Heuristics algorithm and obfuscation algorithm are the algorithms which help in exploring lost packets in network while transmitting to end users.Keywords

This article discusses the developmental challenges of the low-thrust, long-duration solid rocket motor for the launch of the experimental Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technological Demonstrator (RLV-TD). The main challenges were: (1) developing a motor case and subsystems with low inert mass; (2) design of an optimum nozzle such that the motor can have maximum specific impulse at atmospheric conditions, but with no flow separation at low operation pressures; (3) developing a slow-burning propellant (3 mm/s) to meet the mission requirements; (4) design of propellant grain for the motor so that it has long burning time, the vehicle experiences low dynamic pressure at the transonic regime, and the motor is without combustion instability; (5) developing necessary thermal protection system to take care of long-duration operations, and (6) developing the igniter to ensure the ignition of the motor, especially when easy ignition is difficult with slow-burning propellants and that there should be sufficient overlap of igniter functioning with motor initiation. Performance of the motor in flight indicated that the design met all the required criteria within the expected tolerance.Keywords

4-Nonylphenol (4-NP) is a well-known endocrine-disrupting chemical that could be present in the aquatic environment, but little is known about its oxidative stress effects. An emerging literature suggests that early life exposure to 4-NP may increase the risk of metabolic syndrome. Due to its hydrophobicity and long half-life, 4-NP can easily accumulate in living organisms, including humans, where it inflicts a series of toxic effects. In the present study, the oxidative stress and antioxidant parameters of Labeo rohita after exposure to various sub-lethal concentrations of 4-NP for 5, 10 and 15 days were examined. The level of glutathione content and the activity of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione-s-transferase were significantly inhibited, whereas the activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione reductase and the lipid peroxidation products such as malondialdehyde and conjugated diene were significantly elevated, indicating the occurrence of oxidative stress. The results demonstrate that 4-NP in aquatic systems can affect antioxidant responses.Keywords

Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) have the potential to alter the hormonal pathways concerned with regulation of the normal homeostatic mechanisms. The adverse effects of EDCs can be observed in areas where pollution is high, particularly in aquatic ecosystems, where persistent environmental chemicals accumulate. In the present study, we investigated the endocrine disrupting effects of Bisphenol S (BPS), if any, in the levels of thyroxine, triiodothyronine, cortisol and sex steroidal [17βestradiol (E2) and testosterone(T)] hormones in juvenile as well as adult Oreochromis mossambicus. Drastic changes in serum thyroxine and triiodothyronine levels showed that BPS treatment resulted in disruption of thyroid gland function. Alteration to significant levels in serum cortisol indicated acute stress and impairment of hypothalamic-pituitaryinterrenal axis. Significant changes (p<0.05) occurred in the steroidal hormone levels which are biomarkers of endocrine disruption as they affect hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis in fish. Bisphenol S also revealed estrogenic potency by inducing significant alteration in the E2/T ratio. DNA fragmentation, if any, induced by BPS was also analyzed in juvenile fish. There was no significant DNA fragmentation observed in gel electrophoresis, but a significant elevation was seen in percent fragmented DNA in the diphenylamine method. Therefore, it could be concluded that BPS at different sublethal concentrations have a profound impact on endocrine physiology of fish.Keywords
