Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered how businesses are being conducted. These alterations have greatly impacted the way work is performed, work content and the worker. Unparalleled wage cuts, downsizing and recruitment freeze are the standard practises that has shaken global workforce in this turbulent crisis. The present study looks at the positive and constructive actions taken by small and large organisations globally for balancing employee wellbeing and economic viability in the COVID-19 scenario.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The study has collected secondary data about positive actions taken by organisations from companies' official websites, survey reports, blog postings and news portals etc. and content analysis has been carried out to explore the latent themes.
Findings: By leveraging technology, organisations can bring about change and instil a structured approach to strategy formulation for forward-looking business. Organisations need to realize that the future of work has exited from board rooms and have reached the drawing rooms of the employees. Further, evolving technologies such as. Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things and Machine Learning are going to be means of dealing with ambiguity.
Research Implications: The present study has given some directions to HR leaders that blending employee experiences with right form of technology while upholding the organisational values will hopefully give positive results in any future crisis. The mangers today need to increase their empathic attitude many folds to keep the employees motivated both professionally and personally. The employee's need to feel a sense of belongingness with the organisation during this crisis. Positive employee experience and engagement at this juncture will deliver broad spectrum with a sense of purpose on one side and ease of daily transactions on the other side

Standards of IEEE 802 ease the deployment of networking infrastructures and provides employers to access corporate networks while travelling or visiting. These standards provide two modes of communication called infrastructure and ad hoc modes. At present Wireless network has been deployed worldwide, but some security issues in wireless network might have prevented its further acceptance. IEEE 802.1X specification is one of the solutions to overcome the limitation of wireless network security, a technique for port-based network handover control, which is based on Rivest, Shamir and Adleman(RAS). It is an authentication framework that can support public-key cryptography. RAS algorithm involves three steps: key generation, password based encryption, decryption between base stations and it is flexible in its implementation. Thus, it might be possible to use RSA as a generic authentication mechanism in various wireless networks including ad hoc network. This paper describes Wireless network scenario we must have improve Performance, Security, Usability in wireless network on base stations using proposed algorithm with RSA cryptography based algorithm. Keywords

Neonatal Resuscitation is required for the newborn in case of meconium aspiration, birth asphyxia, cyanosis etc so the aim of the study is to enhance the knowledge of G.N.M. Interns students regarding neonatal resuscitation. A per-experimental design was used to conduct study. Total 60 G.N.M. Interns were selected from nursing colleges of Jalandhar, Punjab by using convenience sampling technique. The pilot study was conducted on 60 G.N.M. Interns student’s. Reliability of tool was computed or established by using. The pretest was taken by using structured questionnaire followed by structured teaching programme and after one week of STP Posttest was taken. The data was analyzed by applying descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings showed that the mean post test knowledge score (24.37)was higher than the mean pre test knowledge score(13) and found to be non significant with the calculated ’t’value of pre test and post test (pre test -0.885 and post test -0.750). Thus the results had validated the structured teaching programme desired. There is no association between mean knowledge score of pretest and posttest and selected variables like age, gender, and residential area, occupation of mother and father, education of mother and father. Conclusion of the study revealed that G.N.M. Interns had low levels of knowledge regarding neonatal resuscitation and structured teaching was regarding Neonatal resuscitation. Keywords

Studies on the composition, distribution and seasonality of the benthic invertebrates of the Nangal wetland were undertaken for two years from February 2013 to January 2015. Twenty-four genera of benthic macroinvertebrates were recorded, out of which five belonged to Ephemeropteras, two to Plecoptera, five to Hemiptera, three to Diptera, two to Tricoptera, two to Coleoptera, one to Araneae, one to Odonata, two to Annelida and one to Gastropoda. The range, mean and standard deviation of macrobenthos have been recorded. The abundance of macroinvertebrates ranged between 79 and 534 individuals/m2 (mean 297 [RS1]individuals/m2) during 2013-14 and 109-612 individuals/m2 (mean 400 individuals/m2) during 2014-15. Statistical relationship between different physico-chemical parameters and macroinvertebrates was also computed. The Simpson's index ranged from 0.9428 during 2013-14 to 0.9493 during 2014-15. The Shannon index was 3.117 during 2013-14 and 3.154 during 2014-15, which indicates that the wetland is moderately polluted that further affects the occurrence of benthic macroinvertebrates. Keywords

A regular language is generally accepted by a single finite automaton. But when to increase the efficiency, we use Dual Finite Automata, An input string is scanned by two deterministic finite automata (DFA's): reading from the string's head and tail respectively. One of them accepts the regular language itself; the other accepts the language's reversal. Whether a string is accepted depends on the states of both automata, when their reading heads meet. Dual finite automata can be applied in compiler generation and parallel computing.- Employer Attractiveness:A Comparative Analysis of Professionals &MBA Students’ Perceptions

Today every company is competing for the acquisition and retention of best talent. The employer attractiveness plays an important role for the company to attract potential employees and retain the current employees. This study examines the difference between the potential and current employees’perceptions along with the difference between male and female perceptions. What are important attractiveness dimensions aimed by current and potential employees? The results show that there is a significant difference amongst the perceptions of two sets of potential and current employees and males and females also. The importance of the dimensions of attractiveness is also very different among current and potential employees. The current employees value recognition/appreciation from management; the potential employees give most importance to gaining career enhancing experience.References

The Exploratory study was conducted on 120 mothers of children from 6months to 2years of age regarding complementary feeding in selected rural areas of district faridkot, Punjab. Questionnaire was prepared to assess the knowledge and practices among mothers of children from 6 months to 2 years of age regarding complementary feeding. Sampling technique was non – probability purposive sampling. The data was collected and analyzed by using SSPS version 20 by descriptive and inferential statistics Chi square value. The study had revealed that majority of mothers that was 72,5% had average knowledge,25% mothers had good knowledge and 2.5% mothers had poor knowledge. Maximum 50% of the mothers had unsatisfied practices and 49% mothers had satisfied practices. The mean and standard deviation of knowledge 19.46 and ±3.6 respectively and practices 16.4 and ±1.7 respectively. There was a moderate correlation between knowledge and practices score that is r=0.4. There is no significant relationship between knowledge and practices with their selected demographic variables such as Age of children, age of mother, education of mother, occupation of mother, number of children, type of family, monthly income of family, religion of family, dietary habits of family, source of information. From the finding of the study following conclusions were drawn that the knowledge of mothers of children regarding complementary feeding was average. Keywords
