A probabilistic traffic engineering scheme in terms of packet routing procedure for two gateway models with N trunks is proposed and analyzed for heterogeneous network. For trafficconsidered as Poisson process of arrival rateλ for SIP based packet switched network to the circuit-switched public switched telephone networks (PSTN). Analysis reporting is presented for the end-to-end performance. The theoretical results are supplemented by numerical work. The main objective is that to maximize the quality of services. An efficient routing scheme for explicitly solving the problem is presented and specific examples are analyzed. It is shown by analysis and simulation that weighted symmetric probabilistic routing optimizes a cost function which is a linear combination of loss and delay. As a consequence of this optimal probabilistic routing the good QoS performance is achieved.

The present paper, on its prephase, emphasises the need of classifying educational research and also suggests certain criteria for classifying those. Second phase of the paper illustrates nature of research apart from suggesting the rationale of introducing appropriate medium for disseminating outcomes of such researches. In the later phase the paper analyses education in relation to culture to understand social process prevailing in institutional setup. Interphase between social aspects and planning aspects, economic factor, major social sub-systems and potential approaches has been analysed in the penultimate section of the paper. Keywords

The present paper, in its initial phase, aims to explore the theoretical base of education in relation to culture to understand social process prevailing in institutional setup. Importance of educational research on social aspects has been stressed in this section, where status of education from disciplinary perspective has also been analyzed. Next section of the paper devoted to rationale analysis of boundary disputes between sociology and education. Expectations from educational research, especially which are incorporating social aspects, has been brought into light in the penultimate section of the paper. Keywords

"Existing educational Institutions were created to meet the need of a society that Is first disappearing. We need new educational organizations that can exploit the new technologies to meet the needs of twenty-first century Economic development win depend as much on the success of creativity and supporting such organizations, as on establishing the technological Infrastructure, it is critical to get this right because those countries that harness the power of multimedia communication for education and training purposes will be the economic powerhouses of the twenty-first century. The development of modern communications and Information technologies is becoming a major Instrument for widening access to education and training on a cost-effective basis while also enhancing its quality."Keywords
