Objectives:
1. To assess the pretest knowledge regarding the management of diabetes mellitus among G.N.M. students of control and experimental group.
2. To assess the post-test knowledge regarding the management of diabetes mellitus among G.N.M. students of control and experimental group.
3. To compare the pretest and posttest knowledge regarding the management of diabetes mellitus among G.N.M. students of control and experimental group.
4. To ascertain the relationship of structured teaching on knowledge regarding the management of diabetes mellitus among G.N.M. students with selected personal variables.
Material and Method: Experimental approach, true experimental design was used and the study conducted in Rajasthan institute of nursing and Shri Kalyan Arogaya Sadan, Sikar (Rajasthan). 60students of G.N.M were chosen by Non proportionate stratified random sampling. The data collected through self-structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean, median and mode) and inferential statistics (Chi square, F test, Correlation of coefficient and t test).
Results: The pretest mean knowledge score of experimental group was 19.70 and in post-test 32.62 after carrying out the structured teaching programme. On other side control group mean knowledge score of pretest was 19.78 and in post-test 21.38. Horizontal 't' test findings between pre-test and post-test of experimental group was 19.061 is highly significant at the level of P<0.001 and vertical 't' test value between post-tests of control and experimental group was 198.538 also highly significant at the level of P<0.001. It has shown that structured teaching brought valuable change in the knowledge of school children regarding traffic safety.
Recommendations: The findings of the study shown that there is need to carry out the interventions to increase the knowledge of G.N.M students regarding management of diabetes mellitus which further will help to increase the diabetes patient care.

There have been studies on demand projections for sugar. Many of them are based on expenditure elasticities calculated from cross-sectional data of family-budget surveys conducted by the National Sample Survey of India. Few studies have been done where consumer behaviour for sugar is studied as between regions. In this paper, sugar expenditure behaviour for the people living in different regions of the economy is studied. A study of this nature may be interesting for an economy like ours where consumption habits are diverse due to various reasons.- Drying Characteristics of Bael Pulp Using Different Drying Methods and Different Varieties

Drying is an essential process in the preservation of agricultural products. Various drying methods are employed to dry different agricultural products. Each method has its own advantages and limitations. Choosing the right drying system is thus important in the process of drying agricultural products. An experimental study was performed to determine the drying characteristics of bael pulp subjected to drying in open sun, hot air oven at 60°C and 70°C and cabinet tray dryer at 60°C and 70°C with different varieties Pant Aparna (V1), Pant Shivani (V2) and Pant Urvashi (V3). The entire drying process took place in the falling rate period. Drying curves were constructed using non-dimensional moisture ratio (MR) and time. Drying is the most widely used and a primary method for preservation. According to the experimental result this study revealed that the V1 (Variety Pant Aparna) sample required lower drying time than the other Varieties sample. The drying time decrease with increase of drying air temperature. It was observed that drying process took place in falling rate period. The result indicated that the cabinet tray dryer at 70°C was found better drying characteristics compare to other drying temperatures and methods. Keywords
