In Continuation of the project cited as Ref-1. Our team has taken a step further in this direction for improving and optimizing the nozzle design and its parameters for achieving better results from “Inert Oxy-acetylene Welding “.The project discussed here tackles with the shortcomings of the previous nozzle design, the most important was hindrance of the shielding gas with oxy-acetylene flame.In Inert oxy-acetylene welding Air in the weld zone is displaced by the shielding gas, thus preventing the contamination of the molten weld puddle.This contamination is caused by nitrogen, oxygen and water vapors present in the atmosphere. The idea of introduction of shielding gas in oxy-acetylene welding is based upon its usage in MIG/TIG welding process.Argon has been used as shielding gas to avoid defects associated with the contamination of the weld pool. The modified nozzle design proposed in this paper, thus eliminates the limitations of previous nozzle design and helps in optimization of the overall welding process. Therefore, the main flame and the shielding gas are appropriately distanced from each other. Flame temperature rises significantly, resulting in deeper penetration, better hardness and strong welds.

With the rise in energy consumption and population, there is a grave need to conserve energy in every possible way. The inability to access and control the appliances from remote locations is one of the major reasons for energy loss. A web or an android application is used by the users to give instructions to these systems. This system can make use of a host of communication methods such as Wi-Fi, GSM, Bluetooth, ZigBee. Different controlling devices and configurations can be found in existing systems. Such systems have been found already in many places for a wide variety of applications. This paper presents a survey of all such systems.Keywords

In the modern industrial society there are rising concerns and complex problems of Industrial relations and maintaining a healthy work environment. Without labour synergy and amiable relationships, industrial progress is impossible. Therefore, sound relations between employees (labour) and employers (management) holds utmost importance. Effective performance can be seen in an organisation when the employees and employers work towards the organisation goal together and share the same vision. A sound Industrial Relations comprises of congenial relations between employees and employer, minimized industrial conflicts and contribution to the organizational objectives. In today‘s time, companies need to maintain an ever dynamic environment in the business line. The report also highlights the challenges faced in the business and at workplace. The objective of the project is to learn about the services and legal requirements in the field of IR. It is essential to note about the various Legal Acts covered in the study as they form the basis of Industrial Relations in an organisation. It helps in mediating relationship between workers and employers, trade unions and the government. Also, these Acts ensure labour market security, remuneration security and suitable working conditions for the working population.References

An evolutionary changeover between mating systems comes about frequently and independently in flowering plants. Crotalaria mysorensis Roth., an annual weed growing wild in the subtropical regimes of northwestern Himalaya, displays this shift effectively. The species appears as an outbreeder on the basis of its floral architecture. Floral phenological events, however, confirm it to be a strict inbreeder because of its vesperal nature and brief blooming period. This mating strategy provides reproductive assurance to the species, but with low seed germination.Keywords
