Radio over fiber is becoming an increasingly important technology for the wireless market since it introduces a good data transmission rate and large bandwidth. We have implemented a bidirectional radio over fiber (ROF) system. It is combination of SCM-ROF and optical wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) techniques to simplify the access network architecture. The combination of two different types has been performed to provide high bit data rate and wide bandwidth in cellular communication. The system allows different Base Stations (BS's) to be fed by a common fiber. Different wavelength channels can be allocated to different BSs depending on user requirements. We have also presented an investigation on the performance of sub-carrier Multiplexing (SCM) system in terms of degradation of channel capacity, variation of optical input power and variation of number of subcarriers. Keywords

PON (PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK) is going to be one of the long run demands of the telecommunication system. The implementation of the WDM-PON along side the AWG is completed rigorously within the system. The AWG is employed in both of the transmitter and the receiver aspect, as a multiplexer and demultiplexer. Our set-up model consists of the both up-stream and the down-stream data transmission. Within the down-stream AWG multiplex the signal and behaves sort of a multiplexer at the OLT aspect and demultiplex the signal at the ONU aspect. And similar is the case with the up-stream communication system. We tend to developed analytical model for learning the impact of the transmission impartment moreover as the AWG characteristics on the BER performance of the WDMPON by incorporating the novel spectral-to-spectral domain transformation technique. The very main thought of the planned model is the AWG. The power being captured by the output port of the AWG isn't only based on the Gaussian focal field pattern however also to the facility spill over the adjacent ports. All the results square measure strongly supported with the assistance of the alphabetic character issue and the eye diagram which square measure being dead from the BER analyser at the receiver part of the originated model. At the analysis section the plotting of the different parameter is also incontestable. Keywords

PON (PASSIVE OPTICAL NETWORK) is going to be the one of the basic requirement of the future demands of the telecommunication system. The implementation of the WDM-PON along with the AWG is done carefully in the in the system. The AWG is used in both of the transmitter and the receiver side, as a multiplexer and demultiplexer. Our set-up model consists of both up-stream and the down-stream data transmission. In the downstream AWG multiplex the signal and behaves like a multiplexer at the OLT side and demultiplex the signal at the ONU side. And similar is the case with the up-stream communication system. We developed analytical model for studying the impact of the transmission impartment as well as the AWG characteristics on the BER performance of the WDMPON by incorporating the novel spectral-to-spectral domain transformation technique. The very main concept of the proposed model is the AWG. The power being captured by the output port of the AWG is not only based on the Gaussian focal field pattern but also to the power spill over the adjacent ports. All the results are strongly supported with the help of the Q factor and the eye diagram which are being executed from the BER analyser at the receiver part of the setup model. At the analysis section, the plotting of the different parameter is also demonstrated. As a software Optiwave 7 software is used for the complete analysis purpose. Keywords
