A Mobile ad hoc network (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile nodes dynamically forming a network Topology without the use of any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. One of the main issues in MANET routing protocols is development of energy efficient protocols due to limited bandwidth and battery life. Most MANET uses the battery so power consumption is the main problem, to increase the efficiency and life time of the network we proposed a scenario in a QualNet Scalable network software and compare the energy models of physical layer Different performance parameters like- power analysis in GENERIC,.MICA2DOT and MICAZ in transmit and receive mode. Keywords
