The developmental period of Tetrastichus howardi (Olliff), a parasitoid of the uzi fly, EXoista bombyeis (Louis) showed a negative correlation with temperature. It decreased from 51.70 ± 0.64 days at 15°C to 12.83 ± 0.10 days at 30°C. Progeny production had a positive correlation with temperature upto 25°C. The upper and lower temperature threshold limits of T. howardi were 30°C and 15°C respectively. At 35°C and 20°C temperatures, the females survived for 4.20 ± 0.27 days and 19.80 ± 1.09 days without food, while the males lived for 3.10 ± 0.41 days and 11.70 ± 0.44 days respectively. At similar temperatures, life span for fed females were 9.20 ± 0.83 days and 30.90 ± 0.74 days and those for fed males 4.40 ± 0.41 days and 25.0 ± 0.70 days respectively. Keywords

We give a different formulation for describing maximal surfaces in Lorentz-Minkowski space, 𝕃3, using the identification of 𝕃3 with ℂ×ℝ. Further we give a different proof for the singular Bjorling problem for the case of closed real analytic null curve. As an application, we show the existence of maximal surface which contains a given curve and has a special singularity.References

Indian hospitality industry has expanded rapidly over the past decade and are well poised to keep up a faster pace in the coming years braced by the government support, increasing level of income and diverse national and international sports events. ‘Incredible India’ campaign launched by the Indian government in year 2002 has also resulted in good success. Demand for the skilled professionals is increasing day by day and with new technology and trends it has become very challenging for hospitality schools to fulfil the demand. The training being provided does not seem much useful for the hotels, because the training being provided to the culinary professionals is not updated according to demand. Curriculum which is in force need to be updated time to time.
In this study, two different mutually related areas will be considered, hospitality schools and hospitality industry, to critically examine the demand and supply of culinary professionals in Madhya Pradesh region.
