Background/Objectives: An extensive literature survey has been carried out and focused on variety of application and different research area for many data mining techniques in Multinational Company (MNC). Methods/Statistical Analysis: In this research paper we find the best cluster to extract meaningful data from large and complex pattern of neural network. This work is implemented on MATLAB Tool. By applying all the functions of research methodology we found the best cluster. This research work is compared with SOM Topology and can be used in so many applications such as biometric etc. Findings: Variety of application and different research area are identified which will be helpful and marked important for many data mining techniques in Multinational Company (MNC) and large organization for decision maker for all research resources. A methodology is proposed that focuses on zoning of neural network via membership function of Fuzzy Logic. This method removes the complexity of pattern extract the best sample easily. Application/Improvements: In future, this method will work on biometric like it will identify finger prints easily. It will divide the pattern and keep them into the zones and find the best one easily. Keywords

The Alwar complex is situated in the northern part of the Aravalli orogen, NW India and contains A-type granites of late Palaeoproterozoic age. The current study focusses on the Harsora and Dadikar plutons to characterize and constrain the tectonic setting of Palaeoproterozoic felsic A-type magmatism in this crustal segment using whole-rock geochemical data. The rocks studied are metaluminous to slightly peraluminous A-type ferroan granites. The granites are generally characterized by strongly fractionated LREE patterns with nearly flat HREE profiles and show moderate to strong negative Eu anomalies, in addition to prominent negative anomalies in Ba, Nb, Sr, P and Ti. The results show the post-collisional setting of A-type granites in the northern Aravalli orogen and signify that A-type granites may not only form in anorogenic setting. This study provides a new dimension to the understanding of palaeoproterozoic geodynamic evolution in the Aravalli orogen. Keywords

Entry into adolescence brings lot of internal and external changes and due to these changes an early adolescent is vuLnerable to depressive feelings. There is also a new found shift in their internal circadian rhythms, which is towards eveningness from morning type. So, the present study was conducted to investigate the relation of momingness-eveningness and depressive symptoms with risk taking behaviours among early adolescents. For this purpose a sample of 218 students (boys=106,girls=l 12) of age 13-14 yrs was drawn from different Sr Sec. Schools of Moga. To obtain the required data self assessment questionnaires i.e. Adolescent Risk Behaviour Questionnaire (ARQ), Beck Depression Inventory (BDl-11) and Momingness-Eveningness Questionnaire (MEQ) were administered on the sample. From the results it was found that momingness-eveningness is significantly negatively correlated with risk taking behaviours and depressive symptoms are significantly positively correlated with risk behaviours. Further it was found that both momingness-eveningness (β= -.60, t= 10.8, p<.01) and depressive symptoms (β= .26, t= 4.7, p<.01) significantly predicted 64% variance (R2= .64, F= 190.7, P<.01) in risk taking behaviours in the selected sample. Keywords

Two-wheeler commuting in inclement weather conditions is difficult and it increases with severity of adverse weather conditions. It’s been observed that people rate these climatic conditions differently. This study focuses on the perceived severity of ten weather conditions by different socioeconomic groups. Keywords

A descriptive study was undertaken to assess the effectiveness of Structured Teaching Programme on blood donation among the college going students of selected colleges of Ludhiana, Punjab. A quasi experimental study with single group pretest-posttest design was conducted on a total of 50 college going students. Structured Teaching Programme on blood donation was developed. Based on Structured Teaching Programme, a Self Structured Questionnaire was prepared to assess the pretest-posttest knowledge scores of study subjects regarding blood donation. Descriptive and inferential statistical tests were used for data analysis. Findings of the study revealed that the mean posttest knowledge scores (23.78) of subjects regarding blood donation were significantly (p<0.01) higher than their pretest knowledge scores (12.64) after administration of Structured Knowledge Programme. In pre-test, maximum 28 (56%) of subjects has average knowledge scores followed by 19 (38%) which were having poor knowledge scores and 2 (4%) who had very poor knowledge scores. Only 1 (2%) had good knowledge score. None of the subject had very good knowledge score in pretest. After administration of Structured Teaching Programme, the level of post knowledge score of subjects increased as in post-test 24 (48%) of subjects students achieved very good knowledge scores followed by 20 (40%) who had good level of knowledge scores. Only 6 (12%) had average knowledge scores. None of the subjects had poor or very poor level of knowledge scores. There were no statistically significant (p>0.05) association between the posttest knowledge scores of the subjects on blood donation and their birth order in the family, habitat, type of family and monthly family income. Hence, administration o f Structured Teaching Programme on blood donation was very effective on college going students. Keywords

This study provides the first record for the emplacement of post-collisional A-type granites in extensional regime during the late Grenvillian period in northwest India. The ca. 970 Ma granites of the Sendra Granitoid Suite (Chang pluton) intrude calc-silicate rocks of the South Delhi Supergroup in the central Aravalli orogen. The Chang pluton is composed of granite sensu stricto; the granites are metaluminous, ferroan, calc-alkalic, and are characterized by high Ga/Al (>2.5), Nb + Y (>60 ppm), Ta + Yb (>6 ppm), REE, HFSE and zircon saturation temperatures, typical of A-type granites. The Y/Nb >1.2 further classified the rocks as A2-subtype, signifying their derivation from crustal sources in a post-collisional setting. The crustal source is also supported by their high LILE (Rb, K and Ba), and Pb, Th and REE. The geochronological data and tectonics of the region indicate that the granites were emplaced about 30 Myr after the Grenvillian collisional orogeny. This scenario likely resulted due to delamination of the lower part of the thickened orogenic lithosphere. These results are expected to have significant implications for the assembly tectonics of the Rodinia supercontinent. Keywords
