Biodiesel will play an increasing role in fulfilling the world's energy requirement. The world has experienced negative effect from the fossil fuel such as global warming and acid rain etc. With the increase in consumption of biodiesel, its impact on environment has raised a discussion around the world. Energy requirement of the world will increase in coming future and is projected to increase by 50% from 2005 to 2030. The paper presents the results of biodiesel combustion emission on the environment.Keywords

Securing airway in obese patients is always challenging and sometimes it is extremely difficult when associated with other difficult airway factors. However, the procedure itself is associated with various complications like subcutaneous emphysema. The present case report describes the airway management in an obese patient on mechanical ventilation that developed subcutaneous emphysema on the second day following percutaneous tracheostomy using a standard length tracheostomy tube.Keywords

Wetlands are very unique ecosystem with high productivity and several ecosystem services. The high altitude wetlands play very unique and important role in the glaciated river basins. They serve as storage during rainy period and release water during throughout the dry season. The wetlands in the high altitudes are under stress due to changes in basic natural feeding systems which are glaciers and precipitation. The increase in temperature in recent decades has exaggerated the problem. The present paper reviews the importance and status of high altitude wetlands and assesses the issues to be addressed.Keywords
