Abstract
Darjeeling Himalaya due to its unique environmemai condition, is a treasure house for the luxuriant growth of macrofungi. The abundancy and vastness of flora, their diverse habit, habitat and topography make the Himalaya a paradise for flourishing of macrofungi. The present paper is reporting for the first time from this area three species of Helvella, namely, H. atra Kon., H. lacunosa Afz. and H. crispa Scop, ex Fr.
