This day the spectrum is a very limited and a scare resource, as the applications are developed so fast and depends on the frequency spectrum whether it a mobile telephony or movie on demand or anything. In this paper we present, our in-progress research result which we get during our research work. In this work we use the open source software GNU Radio and ultra-Chief SDR device: RTL 2832 U. We sensed the Real time signal from the environment Belongs to GSM Downlink Frequency. Keywords
