The aim of this study the effect of organizational adornment (5S) and business excellence (EFQM) on the happiness of employees the first refinery in South Pars Gas Complex Is descriptive and correlational. in this study 184 employees of the company are available sampling Were examined. Research data for the Oxford Happiness, Self-assessment questionnaire EFQM 2013 Excellence Model 5 S audit tool to assess organizational adornment were collected. Data using the Pearson correlation and multivariate linear regression analysis using the statistical software at the same time SPSS22 were analyzed. The results showed that between self-assessment of organizational excellence of leadership, policy and strategy, employees, customers and therefore the business results were significant. Also, in terms of organizational symmetry after separation, organized and sustainable health had significant impact on happiness. The study measured the impact of organizational and business excellence neatness component of happiness, according to the results, it was found that Variable symmetry both organizational and business excellence in anticipation of happiness variable effect and could explain 16 percent of happiness.Keywords

The aim of the present study was to examine the predictive power of self-determined job motivation factors in terms of explaining job satisfaction and willingness to stay with job among female elementary school teachers in Shiraz. To this end, a sample of 320 teachers was selected from female elementary school teachers in Shiraz by multistage cluster sampling. The instruments used to collect the data were Self-Determined Job Motivation Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Scale, and Willingness To-Stay-With Job Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by using Pearson correlation coefficient and synchronous multi variate regression. The results showed that intrinsic motivation, self-determined motivation, and interjected motivation had a positive significant correlation with job satisfaction. In addition, extrinsic motivation, integrative motivation, and demotivation had a negative significant correlation with job satisfaction among the teachers. It was also found that intrinsic motivation, self-determined motivation, and interjected motivation had a positive significant correlation with willingness to stay with job, while extrinsic motivation, integrative motivation, and demotivation had a negative significant correlation with willingness to stay with job. The results of synchronous multi variate regression indicated that six components of self-determined job motivations had a multiple significant correlation with job satisfaction and willingness to stay with job among female elementary school teachers in this study.Keywords

The purpose of this study was to predict occupational stress based on resilience and stress coping strategies in coaches of driving schools in Jahrom. The statistical population consisted of all male and female educators of Jahrom Driving Schools, whose number was 80 in this year. Using the Rrejcie and Morgan table, 70 people were selected as the statistical sample. Rescue questionnaire, occupational stress questionnaire and stress coping strategies inventory were used to collect data. Validity of the questionnaires was verified using content validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive statistics (mean), and inferential statistics (simple linear & multivariate regression tests) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that, 1- Resilience was able to negatively affect the level of significance less than 0.01 in the variable ofjob stress and predict it. 2- Stress coping strategies, the problem-oriented coping component is capable of considering the significance level less than 0.05 the negative impact on thejob stress variable has been predicted and predicted.Keywords

The aim of this study was to evaluate marital commitment and sense of loneliness and conflict resolution styles competing in the women referred to counseling centers and women competing is the city of Shiraz in 2016. For this purpose, 35 conflicting women referred to counseling centers and 35 non-conflicting women in Shiraz were selected and marital commitment questionnaires, loneliness questionnaire, standard conflict resolution styles questionnaire and marital conflict questionnaire were completed. The results showed that Lambda Wilkes's Significance was significant in contrasting and non-conflicting women (p <0.05). Therefore, at least one dependent variable can be distinguished in two groups with conflicting women and non-conflicting women. Also, the results showed a significant difference in the variables of commitment, conflict resolution styles and loneliness in conflicting and non-conflicting women (p <0.05). Comparison of means shows that non-conflicting women have higher commitment and style and lower loneliness than non-conflicting women.Keywords

The purpose of this study was to compare the social anxiety, physical image and psychological well-being in applicants for cosmetic surgery and non-applicants.The research design is a descriptive-comparative study the statistical population of this study included all people who referred to beauty clinics in Shiraz due to the need for surgery. To do research, two groups of people who applied for beauty and non-adolescent subjects were selected. In this way, 50 people who were selected trom beauty clinics in Shiraz were selected in the available manner. Then, 50 unincorporated people trom the normal population who were more similar in terms of gender, age and education to the applicant group were matched and voluntarily selected using the available method and completed the questionnaires. The instrument of measurement was Fisher's body image test, Reif psychological well-being and Watson's social anxiety inventory. The results of t-test and multivariate analysis of covariance showed that there is a significant difference between the physical image of the applicants for cosmetic surgery and non-applicants.There is also a significant difference between the social anxiety of the applicants for cosmetic surgery and non-applicants, and social anxiety in the subjects is more beautiful than normal people. According to other results, there was a significant difference between the psychological well-being of applicants for cosmetic surgery and non-applicants, meaning that the psychological well-being of those applying for beauty was less than ordinary ones. Based on the last result of the physical image, it could negatively and significantly predict social anxiety.Keywords
