The Communication between objects in the cluster takes place through message passing techniques. Affinity Propagation (AP) clustering has been used successfully in a lot of clustering problems, which deals with static data. By applying Fuzzy DENCLUE, similarity between objects and its exemplar is improved. A dynamic variant of AP clustering called Incremental Affinity Propagation with K-Medoid (IAPKM) is used along with the Fuzzy Density based clustering (DENCLUE) method. In Fuzzy DENCLUE, number of clusters is reduced and randomness in the form of noise is removed. The experiment is performed in Net Beans 8.0.2 using jdk1.7 as a language. The evaluation result defines that the effectiveness and efficiency of IAPKM and Fuzzy DENCLUE can achieve comparable performance. Compared with IAPKM and Fuzzy DENCLUE, Sum of similarity and accuracy is increased in Fuzzy DENCLUE which is based on the parameters. The current approach achieves higher accuracy rate which is 10% greater than the former approach.Keywords

The study of hydrogeochemistry of the Mio-Pliocene sedimentary rock aquifer system in Veeranam catchment area produced a large geochemical dataset. Groundwater samples were collected at 52 sites over 963.86 km2 area and analyzed for major ions. The large number of data can lead to difficulties in the integration, interpretation and representation of the results. Two multivariate statistical methods, Hierarchical cluster analysis (HCA) and Factor analysis (FA), were applied to a subgroup of the dataset to evaluate their usefulness to classify the groundwater samples, and to identify geochetgmical processes controlling groundwater geochemistry. Hydrochemical data for 52 groundwater samples were subjected to Q- and R- mode factor and cluster analysis. R-mode analysis reveals the inter-relations among the variables studied and the Q-mode analysis reveals the inter-relations among the samples studied. The R-mode factor analysis shows that Ca, Mg and Cl with HCO3 account for most of the electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids and total hardness of groundwater. The 'single dominance' nature of the majority of the factors in the R-mode analysis indicates non-mixing or partial mixing of different types of groundwater. Both Q-mode factor and Q-mode cluster analyses indicate an exchange between the river water and the groundwater in the vicinity. The rock water interaction like flood basin back swamp deposits of silty clayey formation is the major cause for the cluster II classification. Cluster classification map reveals that 58% of the study area comes under cluster II classification.Keywords

Implementing cloud computing in an venture infrastructure bring significant security concerns. Successful deploying of cloud computing in an enterprise requires proper planning and understanding of emerging risks, threats, vulnerabilities, and possible countermeasures .Cloud Computing is efficient in cost, flexible and proven delivery platform for providing consumer IT services or business over the Internet. Still, cloud Computing presents an additional level of risk because essential services are often outsourced to a third party, which makes it harder to maintain support data and service availability ,data security and privacy and demonstrate its compliance. It leverages have many technologies (Web 2.0,SOA,virtualization); it also inherits their security issues, identifying the Major vulnerabilities in this kind of systems and the most important threats found in the literature related to Cloud Computing and its environment as well as to identify and relate the vulnerabilities with threats and also to give possible countermeasures for that.

Geochemical analysis of groundwater is employed to evaluate the postmonsoon 2005 water quality of upper Thirumanimuthar subbasin. Thirty two representative groundwater samples were collected from dug and bore wells. The samples were analysed to monitor the water chemistry of major ions. The results were evaluated in detailed and compared with WHO water quality standards. An overall assessment of the water samples indicated that all parameters are within the permissible limit except in some locations. According to the USSL diagram most of the samples falls in C3-S1 class, which indicates its suitable nature. Piper trilinear diagram interpretations were made to know the chemical type of the groundwater. It reveals that the subsurface water is alkaline earth (Ca+Mg) exceeds alkalies (Na+K) type.Keywords

In this study there are taken two different varieties of macro algae Gracilaria sps and Sargassum sps from Mandapam coast of Rameshwaram and a comparative study between these species are done by estimating the biomass like moisture content, lipids content, proteins content and carbohydrates content. The above spicies is carried through different hydrolysis process. This study investigated bioethanol production by means of fermentation using two different yeast YS1 and YS2. The microorganism YS1 was isolated from fermented graph juice (10-4 dilution) and YS2isolated from rotton orange fruit (10-6 dilution). Carbohydrates derived from seaweeds contain hexose sugars which contain hexoxe sugars which are suitable materials for fermentation to produce fuel ethanol from sea weeds. Statistical experimental for ethanol fermentations by YS1 and YS2. Results for one week of fermentation process revealed that YS2 produced more bioethanol and faster than YS1.- Bronchodilator and Mast Cell Stabilizer Effect of Siddha Formulation Seenthil Chooranam

The present study aimed to evaluate anti-asthmatic activity of a classical Siddha formulation Seenthil chooranam (SC) by mast cell stabilizing effect and broncho dilator property by in-vivo method. Preliminary phytochemical and HPTLC analysis of SC were determined as per standard protocols. Phytochemical analysis of aqueous extract gave positive test for carbohydrates, phenols, glycosides, saponins, flavonoids, tannins and terpenoids. HPTLC finger print analysis of the aqueous extract showed the presence of possible number of components. The results of the in-vivo study demonstrate that SC has potent broncho dilator property with significant (p<0.001) mast cell stabilizing activity and decrease in leukocytosis in dose dependent manner. These findings are clearly indicative of the role of SC as potent inhibitor of mast cell degranulation and ability to control the leukocytosis, have bronchodilation and hence can be used for the management of asthma supporting the traditional claims.Keywords

When a case is taken for drug analysis, we have to be more exhaustive in ruling out drugs. For identification of Inderal tablets, a new Thin Layer chromatography system has been developed. After systematic trials, the paper has found out a new solvent system with spray for eluting Inderal tablets.Keywords
