Abstract

the employees happy and satisfied and also to ensure the quality of work life at the work place. Job satisfaction and quality of work life needs to be addressed positively to keep them motivated to contribute to the organizational effectiveness and growth. With this background in mind, the present paper aims to study the aspects of job satisfaction and quality of work life among working women teachers in educational institutions coming under University of Mysore. For the purpose of data collection 289 women teachers have been selected using stratified random technique. The present study aims to understand the relationship between job satisfaction on quality of work life. The result of the study shows that there is positive impact of job satisfaction on quality of work life of women teachers.

Abstract

Objective: Generally there are numerous approaches to give security information that is being imparted. However, what if the security is assured irrespective of the hackers are from the noise. The Information Security is essential concern towards each communication system. Methods/Analysis: XBee is a PAN technology based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. Unlike Bluetooth or wireless USB devices, XBee devices have the ability to form a mesh network between nodes. Meshing is a type of daisy chaining from one device to another. Finding: This technique allows the short range of an individual node to be expanded and multiplied, covering a much larger area. This paper describes a design of desired security for data communication by designing standard algorithm for encryption and decryption. The process occur in this module was based on encryption and decryption. The source information is generated by a bit file and this will be encrypted and is sent to destination through XBee modules. The receiving system will check the data and decrypt according to a specific algorithm and displays on the LED. Applications/Improvement: The present algorithm is implemented in Verilog HD Land simulated using Xilinx ISE simulator tool. The design is implemented on Xilinx Spartan-3 EFPGA development board. This project has applications in encoding and decoding operations for security purposes.

Abstract

Objective: To implement high speed arithmetic systems especially conditional sum adder is used. It consists mainly conditional cells and sum cells. Method/Analysis: It contains sum and carry with input 1 and 0. These are used to reduce delay generated by the carry propagator. The advantage using conditional sum adder is addition is much faster. Finding: In this project we are going to deal with the low power conditional sum addition rule. By doing this it will basically reduce the nodes which are present internally and number of multiplexer in the adder design. By implementing this adder in cadence software the power will be reduced and the process can be done by applying clock gating and by without applying clock gating. Novelty/Improvement: For implementing this adder Verilog code is used. And this will be executed in cadence software. Because of using Verilog code, using the digital cadence software.

Abstract

Background/Objective: Due to the raise in number of kidnaps and road accidents, it is essential for the parents and school authorities to take necessary safety measures to avoid these plausible mishaps. Methods/Statistical Analysis: Each child is provided with a Tag for the daily bus transportation to tag on a RFID reader present in the bus. It reads the tag value and sends the information to RPi3, which is then redirected to the GPS module; it can identify the location of the bus and send the information to parent’s mobile through GSM providing the location of their child accordingly. Findings: The bus unit used detects when a child get into/ get off the bus and this data is sent to parents through GSM and then if the parent wants to know their child’s precise location, they can do it by sending “Where” message to GSM, and it returns the information. They can monitor their children through video streaming from the camera in bus. Applications: Student’s data is also accessible to both parents and school administration to get the video streaming and children’s individual information.

Abstract

Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant. It works by decreasing nerve impulses that cause seizures and pain. Carbamazepine is used to treat seizures and nerve pain such as trigeminal neuralgia and diabetic neuropathy. Carbamazepine is also used to treat bipolar disorder. Due to sudden onset of attack, it is necessary to formulate antiepileptics into such a delivery system, which provide immediate relief. Hence, the present investigation was undertaken with a view to develop mouth-dissolving tablets of Carbamazepine, which offers a new range of product having desired characteristics and intended benefits. In this study, the mouth dissolving tablets were prepared using two different technologies, direct compression method and solid dispersion technology. Tablets produced by direct compression method contain crospovidone as a super disintegrant and sorbitol as a sweetener. Solid dispersions of Carbamazepine with polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 and polyethylene glycol 6000 in different weight ratios were prepared with a view to increase its water solubility. Carbamazepine solid dispersions with polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30 in 1:2 ratios of drug: carrier showed maximum drug release and hence, compressed along with other excipients into mouth dissolving tablet. The results compared for both the technologies showed that the Carbamazepine tablets prepared using solid dispersion technology was found to have good technological properties and satisfying and reproducible drug dissolution profiles. Moreover, the drug release was found to be comparable to the marketed dispersible tablet.
