Recognizing the psychosocial nature of the large number of patients presenting to Primary Health Care facilities with multiple somatic complaints is important for appropriate management. This paper discusses the identification of such patients using the standardized case identification tool of WHO/SEARO.573 patients who attended the Sakalawara clinic and satisfied the intake criteria were administered the identification tool. 68 patients were thus identified as presenting with somatic complaints in the absence of any organic cause giving a prevalence of 11.8 per cent. There was a female preponderance and the patients by and large presented with 3 or more complaints. The relevant issues have been discussed.Keywords

Modern games and sports are getting tougher and faster day by day. Now the game is enthralled by speed, stamina, great strength, suppleness, power packed encounters along with sophistication of equipment, facilities and clothes. There is all round encouragement to improve with new set-ups and even changing styles or techniques on the whole. Sports by their very nature are enjoyable, challenging all absorbing and require a certain amount of skill and physical condition. In the order of human values, the conquest in the field of order of human values the conquest in the field of sports holds a unique place. It is a successful victory or triumph and domination of some over other teammates and friends because sports are comradeship and friendship. The purpose of this study was to study the role of differentiation ability in kicking accuracy of 30 male football players of Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. The necessary data was collected by administering differentiation ability and for determination kicking ability Harban Singh Dribbling and goal shooting test was administered. To find out relationship to kicking accuracy product moment correlation was employed. For testing hypothesis the level significant was set at 0.05. There was significant relationship between kicking accuracy and differentiation ability of football players as the calculated value of orientation ability (0.24), Differentiation ability (0.24) was greater than the tabulated value (0.23) at 0.05 level of confidence.Keywords
