Clinical Decision making makes an important part of neuro rehabilitation and requires cognitive and Meta cognitive skills of the therapist. Most of the time investigations may not correlate with the clinical findings. Appropriate selection of outcome measures also mandatory in designing the rehabilitation protocol. Keywords

Osteoarthritis is one of the commonest problem leads to severe impairments and disability. Physiotherapy plays a major role in the rehabilitation of patients with Osteo arthritis. In this current era of Evidence based practice it is important to have preset protocol to improve the effectiveness of the treatment. This article is a proposed protocol for the management of Osteoarthritis knee. Keywords
