God gifted sense to human being which is an important aspect in our life is vision. With the help of our eyes we are able to see the beauty of nature and also the things which happen in day-to-day life. But there are some people who lack this ability of visualizing these things. They face many difficulties to move on with their daily life. The problem gets worse when they move to an unfamiliar location. Visually impaired people face many challenges when moving in unfamiliar public places. Only few of the navigation systems for visually impaired people can provide dynamic interactions. None of these systems work perfectly both indoors and outdoors. Available navigation device for the blind people in the market focus on travelling of the blind people from one location to another. This paper focuses on surveying the different technology used for talking assistive walking stick about location finding for blind people.

Stovetop cooking is one of the world's most universal energy-consuming activities. Consumers in industrialized countries choose from numerous stovetops and ovens using LPG, natural gas, and electricity. LPG is the most efficient fuel in many regions for cooking. LPG provides a multi-purpose and reliable energy supply, making it widely used in hotels and restaurants. Though it has efficient features, it results in hazardous and toxic impacts for human beings due to leakage of such gas. To overcome this problem we need some monitoring and detection system. In this paper work LPG gas sensor is used for sensing gas leakage and the result is produced in audiovisual format, in such a way alerts users through Short Message Services (SMS). With fast requital time the gas sensor has excellent sensitivity. Other feature of gas sensor includes sensing of propane isobutene and cigarette smoke. This paper comprises on both software and hardware design approaches. Keywords

Owing to the entry of COVID-19, starting from the year 2000, India managed online education well for more than a year and a half. Now, the question is to understand whether the online mode of education is as effective as the face-to-face classes. This study intends to focus on identifying the challenges and finding the opportunities to enhance the quality of online engineering education with respect to Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire involving the chosen 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year students of CSE department, Velammal College of Engineering & Technology, Madurai (VCET), who have had the experience of acquiring knowledge through both offline and online modes. The spreadsheet software was used to filter, organize as well as visualize quantitative data, and descriptive methodology was adopted for the data analysis. The result of the study will lay a scope to understand the existing gaps in online CSE education and the proposed ideas to fill the same enhancing the resources. Further, this study may play a pivotal role in making effective online CSE education at par with face-to-face classes completely possible and preferable. Keywords
