Objectives: This study was conducted to clarify the relationship among participation motivation, game immersion, and exercise performance for golf players and to provide fundamental resources that are helpful in improving performance by maximizing game immersion and exercising performance. Methods/Statistical Analysis: Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted on 225 golf players and the following conclusions were drawn. Findings: First of all, participation motivation for golf players was positively correlated with cognitive immersion and behavioral immersion as sub-variables of game immersion. In addition, participation motivation was positively correlated with personal performance, team performance, and ability utilization as sub-variables of exercising performance. Secondly, according to the identification of the influence of participation motivation on cognitive immersion and behavioral immersion, internal satisfaction, social recognition, and adding values had positive influences on the two variables. Third, according to the identification of the influence of participation motivation on personal performance, team performance, and ability utilization, internal satisfaction, social recognition, and adding values had positive influences. Application/Improvement: Considering the limitations of this study, a followup study is recommended to evaluate more developmental outcomes. First of all, this study was limited in scope to college golf players. Therefore, a follow-up study is expected to include golf players in middle/high school and college and also adult players. Secondly, seeing as how there has recently been an increase in the number of golf players, a follow-up study is expected to include potential user classes. Keywords

Objectives: We conducted this study to clarify the practical relationship between selection property, satisfaction, and the behavioral intention of sport event spectators. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The subjects of this study were 216 spectators of basketball games and volleyball games held by local communities in 2015, to which we distributed survey copies. For the data process, we conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis; and drew the following conclusions: Findings: First of all, the selection property of sports event spectators represented a positive correlation on all the satisfaction and sub-variables of behaviors, and satisfaction positively correlated with all the sub-variables of behavioral intention. Secondly, the opening environment among the selection properties positively influenced satisfaction. Third, the game environment and opening environment from the selection property positively influenced the intention to revisit and recommend. Fourth, satisfaction positively influenced the intention to revisit and recommend. Application/Improvement: Our conclusions indicate that sports events held by local communities require detailed marketing strategies, since the opening environment positively influences spectator satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction directly influences spectator behavioral intention. Therefore, an effort is required to improve the satisfaction of audiences, so that they will revisit, and recommend others to visit as well. On the other hand, we recommend a follow-up study to analyze more detailed difference of demographic characteristics, and seek a marketing strategy for them to achieve a better developmental outcome. Keywords

Objectives: This study was conducted to clarify the relationship between the leadership types of Taekwondo instructors and immersion in exercise. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The subjects of this study were 184 Taekwondo students in Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, and Gwangju who responded to a survey. The data were processed via exploratory factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Findings: First of all, the correlation between leadership types of Taekwondo instructors and immersion in exercise turned out to be positive for all sub-variables. Secondly, among leadership types of Taekwondo instructors, training order behavior and assumption-based behavior most influenced the recognition of clear goals and the ability for self control. Training order behavior, assumption-based behavior, and social supporting behavior influenced ecstasy. Application /Improvement: Assumption-based behavior and positive compensating behavior influenced changes in temporal sense, and assumption-based behavior influenced the experience of self-driven goals. Given the aforementioned conclusions, we infer that assumption-based behavior among leadership types of Taekwondo instructors is effective in improving the immersion of Taekwondo players in exercise. Keywords

Background/Objectives: This study was conducted to review the relation between marine safety awareness and marine safety attitude of people experienced in marine safety education. Methods/Statistical analysis: Subjects were selected from people experienced in marine safety education and a questionnaire was used on the subjects. A total of 336 completed questionnaires were used for analysis, in particular for exploratory factor analysis, confidence level verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Findings: First, the sub-variables of marine safety awareness showed a positive correlation with marine safety awareness and safety incident prevention, while marine safety education showed a positive correlation with both behavioral and definitive traits. Second, marine safety education showed a positive effect on behavioral traits. Marine safety awareness, marine safety incident prevention, and marine safety education all had a positive effect on definitive traits. Third, definitive traits had a positive effect on marine safety awareness, while marine safety incident prevention as well as behavioral and definitive traits had a positive effect on marine safety attitudes. Improvements/Applications: Based on the findings of this study, we can conclude that the marine safety awareness and marine safety attitude of people experienced in marine safety education has a mutually positive effect on marine safety incident prevention. Keywords
