Studies were conducted under glasshouse conditions with a total of 7 treatments viz., uninoculated control (UC), UC+N and two rhizobial isolates (ALS-3 and SAM-3) and one mycorrhizal culture (Glomus mosseae) and their combination to record the effect of dual inoculation with Rhizobium + AM on the nursery seedlings of Albizia lebbek. Dual inoculation of Albizia lebbek with Rhizobium + AM improved the shoot and ischolar_main length, leaf area, chlorophyll content, plant biomass, nodulation status, N-uptake, P-uptake, amount of N2-fixed and ischolar_main colonization over uninoculated control.- Human Rights Violations of Children through Child Labour in India: An overview

This paper analyses the issue of human rights violation of children through child labour in India. In the beginning the issue of human rights of children has been conceptualized . In which it has been stated how child labour violates the human rights of children. Further the magnitude of child labour has been examined from governmental sources and non-governmental sources..Thereafter this paper analyses the legal and constitutional measures which protect the human rights of children in India. These include the Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State Policy, Fundamental Duties and various acts passed by Government of India. Thus this paper endeavors to analyse the issue of human rights violations of children in the given perspective. Keywords

The Convention emphasizes that children everywhere have: the right to survival; to develop to the fullest; to protection from harmful influences, abuse and exploitation; and to participate fully in family, cultural and social life. The four core principles of the Convention are non-discrimination; devotion to the best interests of the child; the right to life, survival and development; and respect for the views of the child. Every right spelled out in the Convention is inherent to the dignity and harmonious development of every child. The Convention protects rights of children by setting up standards in health care; education; and legal, civil and social services.

This paper analyses the backdrop of constituent assembly. The various reasons behind formation of constituent assembly of India and the formation process of constituent assembly of India has been analysed. Thereafter composition and nature of constituent assembly of India has been analysed. Then working of constituent assembly has been deliberated upon after this the important committees and sessions of constituent assembly of India has been discussed. Thus this paper examines the over view of constituent assembly of India. Keywords

This paper analyses some of the social, economic and political aspects related to child labour. Firstly the importance of childhood has been analyzed .thereafter the issue of considering a person as child has been deliberated upon. Then the issue of child labour has been defined by examining various sources. Thereafter the magnitude of child labour in India has been analyzed. Then the various causes of child labour have been examined and the impact of child labour on childern has also been analyzed. In the last various measures to abolish the child labour has been mentioned .Thus this paper endeavors to analyse the issue of child labour in a comprehensive manner. Keywords

Objective: To do analytical investigations on PAPR reduction using Golay sequences and to develop mathematical expressions for finding PAPR. Methods/Statistical Analysis: The Coding method offers low PAPR as compared to the other prevalent techniques in present day wireless systems. Golay sequences used to explore for reduction in the PAPR without using extra hardware required for implementation of PAPR reduction techniques. Findings: This paper introduces a novel sequence of 4096-QAM having six QPSK sequences with the lowest PAPR that can be used for OFDM systems. The proposed analytical investigation results into a PAPR of 7.645 dB having better bandwidth efficiency. Application/Improvements: The 4096-Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM) sequences provides efficient spectrum with high speed of OFDM signal with Low Bit Error Rate (BER) and reduced PAPR.Keywords
