Antibiotic resistant microbes are now considered epidemic in whole world. Most of the antibiotic disinfect about half a dozen microbes while the silver nanoparticles in the form of colloidal silver fights against almost all microorganisms and produce a constraint for multiplication. Most importantly while conventional antibiotic cannot build as much as opposing to the action of microbes as compared to silver. Pure colloidal silver when prepared appropriately is a special preparation of trace minerals. It is much safe for the usage and also makes a significant resistance on the said microorganism. In this review study, there is an effort to prove elaborately of silver nanoparticles on the effect of human body, where appropriately prepared colloidal silver is fully non-toxic, noncarcinogenic, internally and externally applicable to fight broad-spectrum germs. It is disinfectant that works on human bodies. Silver nanoparticles in colloidal formare more effective against various pathogens. Nowadays, SARS-CoV2 is responsible for pandemic COVID-19 all over the world. We hypothesize colloidal silver as a significantly effective, natural safe alternative of recent days against SARS-CoV2. It was found the relation between low silver level and illness in human body. Those people having low silver level have high chance to fall sick with cold, flu, fever and other illness. Silver also boost up immune system of our body. It assists fibroblast cell to repair the injured tissues.Keywords
