This has been a review article written keeping in mind the relationship between lingualism and creativity. A number of articles were reviewed to study the relationship between lingualism and creativity. Many researchers through their studies established that bilinguals have an advantage over monolinguals as far as creativity is concerned. On the other hand some of the researchers have shown that monolinguals have performed better on verbal creativity as compared to the figural creativity. All the research articles have had been reviewed to conclude the role of lingualism in creativity. We are of the opinion that this topic is under researched and more systematic studies are required to identify the role of lingualism in creativity. Keywords

Micro-Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) contribution is highly remarkable in the overall industrial economy of the country. In recent years, the MSME sector has consistently registered higher growth rate compared to the overall industrial sector. In the Indian market, MSME’s rapid growth could be seen as Indian entrepreneurs are making remarkable progress in various Industries like Manufacturing, Precision Engineering Design, Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, Textile & Garments, Retail, Agro and Service sector. MSMEs complement large industries as ancillary units and contribute enormously to the socioeconomic development of the country. However, MSME’s contribution is phenomenal in the growth of Indian economy, simultaneously; they are facing intense pressure and constraints to sustain their competitiveness in a globalized world. Some other issues such as the recession, low demand, finance, heavy competition from MNCs etc. are becoming exposed problem to MSMEs in India. The availability of external finance for them is a topic of significant research interest to academics and an important issue to policy makers around the globe. Therefore, in present work an attempt has been made to identify the problems related finance of MSMEs.

Protected cultivation techniques provide distinct benefits of productivity and quality along with this protected cultivation provide high market price of vegetables in off-season as the vegetables produced during their usual season normally do not fetch good income due to huge availability of these vegetable in the markets. So, there is great importance of protected cultivation techniques to enhance the economic level of farmers and traders and it can be elaborate as protected cultivation practices are cropping techniques wherein the micro climate nearby the plant body is organized partially or fully as per the necessity of the vegetable species grown throughout their period of growth.- Black and Yellow Carrot:Health Booster

Organic agriculture has grown out of the mindful efforts by inspired people to create the best possible relationship between the earth and men. It aims at sustaining and increasing the productivity by improving soil health and overall improvement of agro-ecosystem. The total area under organic certification in India is 5.71 M ha with a production of 1.35 MMT of certified organic products. Organic production currently accounts for only 1% of global agricultural land, despite rapid growth in the last two decades.- Production of Healthy Seedlings for Higher Yield

ATIC is a “single window” support system linking the various units of research institutions with end users (farmers) in decision making and problem solving exercises. An attempt was made to study the problems faced by the different stockholders regarding agricultural technology and information centre (ATIC) run by Punjab Agricultural University. A sample of 200 farmers was selected from the two purposively selected districts (Ludhiana & Fazilka) of Punjab from where the maximum number of farmers had visited ATIC during the period of June 2011 to December 2013. The findings revealed that less quantity of seeds, non-availability of seed/planting material and expensive to visit emerged as major problems faced by the farmers followed by other problems such as expensive farm practices, less quantity of planting material, took long hours in availing services, and busy telephone lines. The experts reported that recommended production and protection measures advised to the farmers were not properly followed by them. Out of four service providers, three reported that there was an inappropriate work environment for them. More than half of the farmers suggested that Soil testing and Water testing service should be provided at ATIC. These findings will provide useful guidance to the ATIC for designing effective extension strategy for delivering the services to the farmers in a better and efficient way. Keywords

A scale was developed to measure the attitude of farmers towards use of Laser Land Leveller Technology in agriculture. Likert's summated rating scale technique was followed for the construction of attitude scale. In the processes of forming the scale items used with reference to the experts' views, a total of 2 2 statements were selected and given to 48 adopter farmers ofLaser Land Leveller technology in Punjab, India. The scale developed finally consisted of 19 statements including positive and negative statements. The reliability and validity of the scale indicates its precision and consistency of the results. Keywords
