Cloud computing is vast and fast growing computing technology, where everything is served as a service to the users. Cloud provides all the services to the users who has fast internet connection, nrest of the service such as platform infrastructure and hardware are provided as service by the cloud. The cyber space commonly called as internet has never ending problem named as security. Since cloud also works hand in hand with cyber space, providing security to the cloud environment play a vital role. In the network providing security to the network service provider and monitoring the networks are considered to the security issues, whereas in cloud security must be provided to the cloud user, their data, and to the cloud service provider. The novel security approach uses authentication with Digital Signature Certificate which provides the access to the cloud user and do not allow the unauthenticated users into the cloud. The PPBA approach with surveillance center monitors the entire network for intrusion; this approach is design main for two kinds of attacks on the cloud environment DDOS and DNS Cache Poisoning attack. The security mechanism monitors the packets and payload through which mimicry attacks are carried out to inject the harmful codes such as worms and viruses into the network. The novel approach provides security to both cloud user and cloud service provider. The surveillance center gives Smart and Secure Cloud environment which is reliable and durable. Keywords

Cloud computing has great potential of providing robust computational power to the society at reduced cost. It enables customer with limited computational resources to outsource their large computation workloads to the cloud. Outsourced computation contains sensitive information such as business, financial records, health records, etc., sensitive data have to be encrypted before outsourcing so as to provide data confidentiality. The study leads to the existence of another problem , when an unauthorized user search for data that are encrypted completely , the data that was retrieved to the user irrelevant, Which makes the cloud inefficient in providing data to the users. The proposed technique separates the sensitive data and non sensitive data, where sensitive data is alone encrypted by the session key, which enables better efficiency in providing non sensitive data to unauthorized users of cloud. The scheduler identifies the authenticated /unauthenticated and authorized unauthorized user based on their priority using ACL (Access control list) and delivers the session key. This technique reduces the computational time &resource and allows faster, reliable and efficient data access to all kinds of user.

To maintain power stability in transmission line, We go for external device to maintain and to regulate voltage. FACTS device plays vital role in the power flow control and system stability optimization in the transmission line. Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) is a common FACTS device whose performance is based on the controller used in the Specified bounds ” Maintaining Voltage Stability With UPFC Using Bees Algorithm, Neuro-Fuzzy and NN” addresses the allocation optimization based on the Voltage stability to place UPFC in power system and rated using bee and Neural Network in optimization method. Here, the Neural network (NN) is used to identify the prime location for fixing FACTS controller. Neuro-fuzzy is used to Filter the output from NN and find the optimizes result for fixing facts controller. Bees algorithm or Bee colony is used to calculate the amount of voltage and angle to be injected in the system. The results obtained using Bees algorithm, Neuro Fuzzy and Neural Network. Simulation carried out on an IEEE - 9 bus system on different load condition.
