Pleurosubcutaneous fistula is a very rare entity. It is defined as a pathologic communication between the pleural space and the subcutaneous tissues. We describe a 55 year old man with left sided empyema who underwent chest tube placement. After removal of the chest tube, he developed chest wall lump. Diagnosis of pleurosubcutaneous fistula was made on clinical examination and chest radiograph findings.Keywords
