Now a days Internet has become a vast source to retrieve information and more over size of accessed information's has been enlarging day by day. It is to be concentrated that any method to access the information needs a proper ordering to get perfect information. As web users are getting the problems of information overload because of significant and rapid growth in the amount of information t be accessed and the number of users therefore there is need to design a platform for Web users for exactly needed information which is becoming a critical issue in web-based information retrieval and Web applications In this paper we are proposing a new algorithm to rank aggregation method and it could be analyzed that our methodology has the advantage of being applicable in a variety of contexts and tries to use as much information as available. Our method is simple for implementation and do not have any computational overhead as compared to other methods. Keywords

This study categorizes and concerns for describing critical quality evaluation issues of the developed software to make optimized satisfaction of user by means of human computer interaction concepts. The fundamental assumption is that there is a direct correlation between the quality of the process and the quality of the developed software to make optimized satisfaction of user. The research area that deals with these issues is referred to using the term software process. This study has provided a very quick and high-level overview of the activities that are often qualified as software process research. Based on extensive global personal software process engineering research, study has invented the number of quality issues at single platform which includes specific practices and sub-practices. The purpose is to ensure that requirements for successful global software engineering process are stipulated so that organizations can ensure successful implementation of global software engineering to maintain the high credibility of software for better interaction between human and computer.

Identifying the shortest route between two nodes is a well-known problem in computing world. As there are lot of subsequent growth in computational power in last few years which has provided independent to implement intensive intelligent algorithms. Various proven traditional static algorithms, such as Diskastra’s algorithm, kruskal’s algorithm and Prim’s algorithm are extensively evaluated and implemented. In this paper there is use of Swarm Intelligence Algorithm which is various in natures i.e. Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Genetic Algorithm (GA), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC). Study represented in this paper is responsible to apply article swarm optimization with various parameters to optimize the time and cost. Keywords
