The present paper deals with the modelling of Abrasive water jet machining (AWJM) process using Fuzzy Logic (FL). It is important to note that the performance of AWJM in terms of required depth of cut in machining depends on various parameters, such as diameter of focusing nozzle, water pressure, abrasive mass flow rate and jet traverse speed. It is to be noted that the performance of the FL system depends on its knowledge base (that is, data base and rule base). The present paper deals with the development of two different approaches. The first approach deals with the development of knowledge base based on the human expertise. The second approach deals with the optimization of data base and rule base using genetic algorithms (GA). This approach will eliminate the need for extensive experimental work to select the most influential AWJM parameters on the depth of cut. The performances of the developed FL-based models have been tested on a number of test cases for predicting the required depth of cut for AWJM process. The prediction accuracy of the FL-based models is found to be satisfactory. Keywords

Now a day's peoples are completely habituated for cool life or without hard work so this reason causes many diseases. Recently most of the software employees yield for spondilysis, gastritis, heart stroke, brain stroke and paralysis etc. especially throughout world youth suffering with stress condition and money earning pressure and restless work, mechanical life also causes various diseases. Recently in Nalgonda one survey held on brain stroke and kidney failure, paralysis. In that survey as a pharmacist and other doctors are conducted for every 100 persons participated in that 7 members are heart stroke, 5 persons are kidney failure, 3 are paralyzed persons are there. This survey carried at Government hospital, Gollguda, Nalgonda, Telangana. why this ailments are raising means lack of exercise, fast food eating, environmental pollution, restless life, insomnia, companies task pressure on employ along with lot of reasons are there. Keywords

Employee Work Life Balance (WLB) is a major driver in the organization that helps to achieve higher productivity. It is a healthy blend of both employee's work life and personal life. There are many factors influencing work-life balance of an employee in the organization. The researchers have identified some factors along with demographic variables to study and understand the work life balance. Objectives: The objective is to study the relationship between WLB and study factors. 1. To study the association between demographic variables of respondents and employee work-life balance; to study the variation between the demographic factors and employee work-life balance; to study the effect of individual factors on employee work-life balance; to study the association between employee work-life balance and outcome variable viz., employee satisfaction and retention and to understand the effect of employee work-life balance on employee satisfaction and retention as outcome variable. Method/Analysis: The primary data were collected through the structured questionnaire with the sample size of 120 by adopting simple random sampling and snow-ball method and the statistical tools viz., Chi square test, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were adopted. The study variables include Demographic variables, Individual variables, and Employee satisfaction and Retention as outcome variables. Findings: The findings show that 49% of respondents were in the age group of 25-35 years. 88% of respondents were male and the rest were female. 78 % of respondents were married. 67% of respondents were in the monthly income group of Rs. 11,000 to Rs. 30,000. 69% of respondents were in the middle level of employment position. The Chi square test concluded that there is an association between employee WLB and demographic factors. The ANOVA test showed that study factors do not vary with the demographic factors. The regression model reveals that there is no significant effect of individual factors on employee WLB. Applications/Improvements: The current study focuses the factors influencing the work life balance of employees from rural areas and the results of the study will help the organisation to enhance better work life balance towards higher level of productivity. Keywords

Hydrotropy is one of the solubilizing techniques to enhance the solubility of poorly water soluble drugs. In the present investigation, hydrotropic solution of sodium citrate (0.1M) was employed as solubilizing agent to solubilize the poorly water soluble drug Naproxen fine powder and its tablet dosage form for spectrophotometric determination in UV region. Naproxen shows maximum absorbance at 330 nm and follows Beer's law in concentration range of 20-140 mcg/mL. Results of analysis were statistically validated for the linearity, precision, LOD, and LOQ. The proposed method is new, simple, accurate, reliable, more economic and can be successfully employed in routine to analyze Naproxen tablets. Either hydrotropic agent or commonly used tablet additives did not interference in analysis. The percentage recovery was within the range between 99 and 100.Keywords
