The term business intelligence uses technologies, processes, and applications to analyze mostly internal, structured data and competitive intelligence gathers, analyzes and disseminates information with a topical focus on company competitors are business processes. Broadly, business intelligence can include the subset of competitive intelligence. Business intelligence and business analytics are sometimes used interchangeably, but there are alternate definitions. Business analytics solutions typically use data, statistical and quantitative analysis and factbased data to measure past performance to guide an organization's business planning. Here author has elaborated the idea of Business analytics and issues comprise with the concept in short to highlight the importance of Business Analytics and its impact in continuously developing society. Keywords

A company has its own operational philosophy of complete ownership and person, owner, operating the line is responsible for maintaining the machine, ensuring the quality of product, capable of addressing the line faults from its inception has a global outlook and ownsoverall 62% share in India for its product; has shown impressive growth rate of 18.6% (this growth is calculated in terms of value growth in INR). It is essential to prepare the manpower to handle the production in compliance with the CP operational philosophy. To build the skill of the operators, OEM training has started there. But, there are certain challenges company identified to move ahead with the OEM training. The line associates, in the company, are fresh engineer without any prior exposure to the machines those are highly automated machine involves lot of technical complexity. Also, there are challenges from the OEM trainer perspective. To overcome all these identified challenges and streamline the entire learning process by giving a proper structure to the training the need of types learning unit came up. On the basis of case study, here the author has tried to develop a scientific training module. Keywords

Electronic filters, a analogue circuits, performs signal processing functions, specifically to remove unwanted frequency components from the signal, to enhance wanted ones, or both are an important components in many electronic devices, especially signal processing equipments. A common need for filter circuits is in high-performance stereo systems, where certain ranges of audio frequencies need to be amplified or suppressed for best sound quality and power efficiency. Equalizers, a filter, allows the amplitudes of several frequency ranges to be adjusted to suit the listener's taste and acoustic properties of the listening area. Application of filter circuits in the "conditioning" of non-sinusoidal voltage waveforms in power circuits is nowadays a notable area. Some electronic devices are sensitive to the presence of harmonics in the power supply voltage, and so require power conditioning for proper operation. If a distorted sine-wave voltage behaves like a series of harmonic waveforms added to the fundamental frequency, then it should be possible to construct a filter circuit which allows practical application of filter circuits is in the “conditioning” of non-sinusoidal voltage waveforms in power circuits. Some electronic devices are sensitive to the presence of harmonics in the power supply voltage, and so require power conditioning for proper operation. In such instrument filter allows only the fundamental waveform frequency to pass through, blocking all (higher-frequency) harmonics. Here author has discussed about filter and its types along with application in short.
