Personnel standards for Defence R&D libraries and information centres have been formulated taking an interrelated, integrated, function-wise approach. Based on the concept of Standard Library Unit a work-to-staff relationship constant has been evolved. The concept of Standard Library Unit can be applied even to other types of libraries for formulating human resource norms. It is opined that personnel planning for libraries needs greater attention than given at present and the practice of entrusting charge of libraries to nonprofessionals as part-time assignments is harmful.- Co-Integration Analysis of Wholesale Price of Wheat in Selected Market of Sriganganagar District of Rajasthan

Background: Agricultural price movements have been a matter of serious concern for policy makers in our country as the behaviour of agricultural prices is affecting adversely to the steady economic development. This paper test market co- integration of wheat in Sriganganagar District of Rajasthan.
Methods: This paper tests the extent of co-integration of wholesale prices of wheat among major markets of Sriganganagar district of Rajasthan by using Johansen test, examined the causality by granger causality tests and also captures the speed of adjustment to deviations in long run equilibrium in wheat markets by using Vector Error Correction Model(VECM). The data used in the co-integration analysis consists of monthly wholesale prices of nine gram dominated markets of Rajasthan for the period from 2005 to 2014.Monthly wholesale price data were for the study.
Findings: The results of the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) unit ischolar_main test for wheat showed that the existing data were non-stationary but their first differences were stationary. After taking first difference, all the series becomes stationary which is obvious from the fact that calculated values (-9.296309 to -14.18193) for all the markets were less than the critical value (- 4.038365)and were free from the consequence of unit ischolar_main. Johansen's co-integration test for wheat indicated the presence of at least eight co-integrating equation at 5 per cent level of significance. Hence markets were having long run equilibrium relationship. The pairwise granger's causality test for selected markets was significant at 1% level which was indicative of mutual influence exerted by the markets on each other.
Application/Improvements: Public policies in Sriganganagar district could play critical roles in facilitating market integration and thereby, market efficiency through the development of agricultural market information systems and road infrastructure.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the publication trends of the scholarly journal "SRELS journal of information management", and highlights its various important aspects.
Design/methodology/approach: For the analysis of the study, data was collected from the Indian publication "SRELS journal of information management" retrieved from the ICI citation database for the period 2004-2012.
Findings: It was found that there were approximately 12 citations per paper. Out of 4796 citations appended, 794 (16.56%) citations appeared in the year 2012 closely followed by 781 (16.28%) citation in the year 2010. Out of 753 authors who contributed a total of 407 papers, and 95.68% were affiliated to institution located in India.
Research limitations/implications: The data required for analysed was only collected from the Indian Citation Index (www.indiancitationindex. com) citation database from the period of 2004-2012.
Originality/Value: As yet these have been no such studies conducted that investigate the various aspects of "SRELS journal of information management" and this paper is relevant and useful to those who are interested in bibliometric and it provide a comprehensive study of scholarly communication of the "SRELS journal of information management" from 2004-2012 for comprehending essential publishing traits of this journal during the stated period.
