The paper investigate the effect of heat and mass transfer in radiating and chemically reacting MHD oscillatory flow of viscoelastic fluid [Walter liquid model B] in a vertical channel with slip condition on one plate of the channel. The uniform magnetic field Bo is applied perpendicular to the planes of the plates. A closed form solutions of the equations governing the flow are obtained for the velocity, temperature and concentration profile. The velocity, temperature, and concentration profiles as well as skin friction coefficient and mass transfer rate are evaluated numerically and presented graphically for different value of flow parameters.
