Newspaper is most popular mass media in all over the world. Mostly newspapers printed on daily basis and circulated. A newspaper consist loose sheets and these sheets are combined during production. Web-offset is used to print production of newspapers. Numbers of copies printed depends upon area of circulation and numbers of readers. Print quality is a factor that attracts the readers, so that a good print quality helps to increase the sale of the newspapers. Mostly newspaper presses in India are using Web Offset machines. There is a lot of difference in print quality of the various newspapers. This study can help the newspaper printing press to improve the print quality and promote their sales and also help the readers to choose the better quality newspaper from the available newspapers. The print quality of various newspapers are analysed with some suitable tools and methods. Keywords

There are several dimensions of web information retrieval using internet search engine. Increasing growth and updating in web world yield big challenges for search engine to retrieve the required information. The large size and dynamic nature of web highlights the need of continuous support and updating of web based information retrieval system. Keyword optimisation supports the search engine to find effective information retrieval from dynamically changing web environment. Keywords

Sheet-fed offset is most widely used method in the printing industry. In the sheet-fed offset presses, the time consumes duringjoh change. The pre-makeready operations also effects the job change overtime in the sheet-fed offset presses. Therefore, it becomes very important to find out the various factors influencing the pre-makeready operations. In this research, various factors taken into account and measured/observed on each job day-to-day basis. We have found that few factors are more responsible those influenced pre-makeready process. Keywords
