Positive psychological capacities in the workplace are an area on which considerable research has been done over the last few years. These capacities include self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience and are collectively referred to as 'psychological capital'. Due to the importance of the role of individual's attitude towards work and due to dearth of studies on the Psychological capital in India, the present study was undertaken to find out the influence of positive psychological capital and work attitude on the work performance of ITES employees. The sample consisted of 147 individuals from reputed a ITES company in Chennai city. Convenient sampling procedure was used to collect data.
