This study was to investigate the relationship of self-control and family functioning with social adjustment among high school students in Abadeh, Fars Province. This cross-sectional correlation study was conducted on 350 students. A battery of questionnaires was used to collect the needed data including self-control, family, and social adjustment questioners. The collected data were analyzed by using independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed a significant relationship between self-control and social adjustment. Besides, self-control can predict 10.5% of the variances of social adjustment. It was also noted that the family functioning was correlated with social adjustment and can explain 11.4% of the variances of social adjustment. The consistency of findings shows that mean score of female students' social adjustment is significantly higher than that of male students. Based on these findings, it can be suggested that family dysfunction has undesired effects on the children's behavior. Given the important role of self-control skills in adaptive behaviors and prediction of social adjustment, these factors must be considered more by future research.Keywords

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and innovation with the mediation of job enrichment in the Fars governor's staff. The sample of 175 employees with sampling was available in Fars governor. Participants completed Denison organizational culture questionnaire, Hackman & Oldham job enrichment and Kimer Siegel organizational innovation. Using simultaneous and regression method by using the theoretical model proposed by Baron and Kenny were analyzed. The results are based on the hypothesis that organizational culture is a predictor of innovation. Organizational culture is also a predictor of job enrichment. Job enrichment is as predictor of creativity and innovation. The findings support the mediating role of job enrichment between the relationship of organizational culture, and innovation.Keywords

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the desire to remain in work based on job stress and organizational position in staff of Industries and Mines Organization of Fars. This study was a descriptive correlation and statistical population were about 150 people, using census sampling all of them have been chosen as research sample. For data gathering the Inventory of Job stress, Rasooli, and Wiener Inventory of desire to remain in work were used. Validity by face validity and reliability of the questionnaire through Cronbach's alpha coefficient determined. Data analyzed by Pearson and Spear man correlation coefficient and SPSS 16 software was used. The finding showed that there is a significant and negative relationship between job stress and desire to remain in work, also a significant relationship between organizational position and desire to remain in work. Job stress could predict the desire to remain in work but organizational position couldn't predict the desire to remain in work.Keywords

This study aims to predict test anxiety based on learning styles and thinking styles is done in high school. The study was descriptive and correlational. The study population consisted of high school students who sampling Darab city were chosen. To measure the variables of test anxiety questionnaire, learning styles and thinking styles were used. To analyze the data, Pearson correlation and linear regression was used. The results showed that anxiety was not able to predict learning style, but the regression model to predict test anxiety was based on the following scale meaningful learning styles, But the regression model to predict test anxiety was based on the following scale meaningful learning styles,The results were predictable test anxiety by thinking styles to reverse significant and could predict 25 percent of the variance in test anxietyKeywords
