The aim this was to evaluate the Prediction organizational productivity based on the quality of working life and personality traits among employees of Hormozgan province Gas Company. This study was applied research and correlation method. The questionnaires were distributed among 127 availability sample that selected among Gas personals. Instruments were personality traits (NEO-FFI) quality of working life (Walton, 1973) and organizational productivity (Jahed, 2006). The Data was analyzed through SPSS and AMOS software. The results showed that coefficient correlation between organizational productivity and quality of working life was -0.975 with reverse and meaningful and coefficient correlation between productivity and agreeableness was reverse and meaningful.Keywords

Burnout phenomenon spread to different people in various positions is, who suffered a high work pressure and satisfaction are low. This study aimed to investigate the burnout prediction based on organizational commitment and perceived social support the staff Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) is Shiraz (Descriptive correlational). In this study, 150 employees of the organization were available for sampling. Research data Mezlach and Jackson job burnout questionnaire, organizational commitment of Allen and Meyer and perceived social support scale van der Hayden and colleagues were collected. Data using multivariate linear regression analysis using the statistical software at the same time SPSS18 were analyzed. The results showed that among the components of organizational commitment, emotional commitment can be variable Part of the changes burnout Committee staff Imam Khomeini, Shiraz predict. Also, variables, perceived social support from colleagues in the organization can be part of variables to predict burnout and variables supervisor support is not able to predict burnout. The results also showed that changes the committee staff burnout Imam Khomeini, Shiraz organizational commitment variables (total) and perceived social support (total) is explained.Keywords

this study examined the anticipation of parenting styles and family communication patterns for psychological well-being in young children of employees of Islamic Azad University of Marvdasht. The study population included 196 young children of employees. In correlational study 100 young children with the mean age 16 were selected through available sampling. Instruments included short form of Reef psychological well-being scale, Alabama parenting style questioner (1997) and family communication patterns of Koerner and Fitzpatrik. Correlation and multiple regressions were used for data analysis. Results showed that psychological well being had positive significant relationship with conformation pattern and negative significant relationship with communication pattern. Also psychological well being had significant relationship with positive parenting and cooperation of father and significant negative relation with physical punishment and authority of parents.Keywords

The present study aimed at prediction of the psychological welfare according to defensive mechanisms and coping strategies in people with positive HIV. The study was correlational. The population of the study included all people with diagnosis of positive HIV repering in Psychological Counseling Center in Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 1393, that 100 people were selected for available sampling. Tools used in this research were defense style questionnaire (Andrews, Singh, & Bond, 1993). Reif's Psychological welfare questionnaire, and Parker and Andlers' coping strategies questionnaire (1990). The obtained results from these questionnaires were analyzed by Pearson correlation and regression. The results indicated that psychological welfare had a positive and significant relation with problem-focused strategies and developed defense style. It had a negative and significant relation with avoidant coping strategies, undeveloped defense style, and neurotic defense style. However, it had no significant relation with emotion-focused coping strategies. In addition, only neurotic defense style had the predictive power of psychological welfare. Furthermore, problem-focused and avoidant coping strategies have the predictive power of psychological welfare in these patients.Keywords

Present research was done with the purpose of comparison of mental health and coping styles of injured women referred to social emergency in 2015 with non-injured. Research methodology is comparison. Sample population includes 152 women (half were injured & half not injured) in Shiraz which were selected by targeted sampling method and with the same age and education. Data was gathered by Goldenberg mental health questionnaire and Parker and Andler comparison method. Analysis and assessment of data were done by using multi variable variance analysis and independent T-test. Findings indicate that mental health of injured women is lesser than non-injured ones. The amount and physical claims, tension and depression in injured women are more than the other group. Furthermore, there is meaningful difference between injured women and the other group in terms of emotional-focused coping, avoidance-focused coping and problem-focused coping.Keywords

The aim of the present study was to test predictions based on the consent of the five factors of personality and coping style in patients with obsessive-compulsive is. Methods currently is serving with the purposes and nature of this cross - sectional, with the correlation between design. The population consists of all pairs of individuals with obsessive-compulsive disorder treatment center in the city formed. The study sample consisted of 60 patients referred to a hospital that formed were chosen for sampling. Research tools were including marital satisfaction questionnaire (EMSQ), a questionnaire dealing with stressful situations (CISS), Five Factor Personality Inventory (NEOPI-R), where all three participants completed the questionnaires. The data recorded by the correlation matrix based on the predictor and criterion variables predicted by the method of simultaneous multiple regression analysis was performed by software SPSS18. Based on the results, it was found that coping styles with elements of consent, the role of egalitarianism, children, parenting, family and relatives, religious orientation, and marital satisfaction variable is negative and significant relationship. Psychometric characteristics of the components irritation personality problems, communication, conflict resolution, financial management and satisfaction variable are negative and significant relationship test. Coping and avoidance coping style and personality characteristics of mental irritation, openness and agree to the satisfaction of being able to predict not paired.Keywords

This study to explain the impact of job self-efficacy on job performance with the mediating role of resilience. This study was a descriptive and correlation and 219 school teachers in the areal of Shiraz with available sampling. Data collected were collected a questionaraire with using Paterson's job performance, Connor and Davidson's resiliency and Schwarzer and Jerusalm's job self-efficacy. The data were analyzed correlation, regression and path analysis using hierarchical regression by using statistical software SPSS22. In this study were segregated and were compared the impact of job self-efficacy on job performance with the mediating role of resilience for men and women. The results showed that the prediction model of the entire sample and both men and women differ from each other. Thus the male pattern perfectly matches the total sample, but it should be noted that in men than in the total sample, a mediator variable (resiliency) plays a mediating role stronger. However, in women it is not clear that considerable resilience mediating role in impacting job self-efficacy on job performance.Keywords

Today, one of the most important problems of human societies is the issue of stress among different people, especially patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Because this phenomenon is influenced by various factors, it can cause psychological, physical, and physical complications for the individual and the community. Therefore, it is important to investigate and identity the affecting factors on this issue. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and personality traits with stress among 50 obsessive-compulsive patients in Shiraz by the using Baran's Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, Personality Characteristics (NEO), and Conflict Stress Strategies (CISS) Andler and Parker (1990) with available sampling method. The results of the relationship between some of the components of emotional intelligence and stress showed that there was a significant and inverse relationship (sig < 0.05 & 0.01). Also, there was a significant and inverse relationship between personality traits and stress (sig < 0.01). Therefore, the findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between personality trait and psychological stress (sig=0.434). But there is a negative and significant relationship between other personality traits and stress at the level of Sig<0.01. Also, the results of regression analysis (multiple regression simultaneously) showed that, the components of emotional intelligence totaling 49% and personality traits totaling 43% of the variance of stress explained and were able to predict stress as negatively in patients with obsessive-compulsive. Therefore, it can be concluded that emotional intelligence and personality traits have an effect on stress reduction.Keywords

The aim of this study was the relationship between ethical climate and work behaviors counterproductive with was the moderator role personality characteristics. The research method was correlation. The population in this study, all employees of the National Bank of Shiraz who were working in 2016-2017 years And of this number 200 samples were selected The number of available sampling test was performed. To collect the data, ethical Joe Victor and Cullen (1988); a questionnaire counterproductive behavior by Fox Vespektor (2002); NEO Personality Inventory Costa and McCrae in 1997 were used with good reliability. Data using multivariate regression analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient using SPSS software were analyzed. Results showed that between ethical climate personality traits (conscientiousness, flexibility, agreeableness, & extraversion) and a significant positive relationship with neurosis there is a negative relationship between counterproductive work behaviors and personality traits (conscientiousness, flexibility, agreeableness, & extraversion) and a significant negative correlation with neurosis there is a positive relationship.Keywords

The purpose of this study was to investigate the prediction of educational motivation based on parental transplantation and self-education in secondary school students in Shiraz. The present research is descriptive and correlational. In this research, 162 students from Shiraz were selected through multistage cluster sampling who completed the AMS, Parent Parental Linkage, and Self-Assessment Scale. Data were then analyzed and analyzed by SPSS software. For analyzing the data, descriptive methods, Pearson correlation, and stepwise regression were used. The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and parenting styles (sincere relationship, attempts to addict, encouraging independence & apos;). But there was no relationship between academic motivation and self-education. Also, two types of intimate relationship and encouraging independence can positively and significantly and indifference can negatively and significantly predict academic motivation. Based on the above research, it can be stated that in high school and adolescence, parental bonding styles, especially the sincere relationship style, the encouragement of autonomy and indifference plays an important role in increasing the academic motivation, and the experts in this area would prefer these parental bonding styles In order to increase academic motivation.Keywords

The purpose of this study was to predict occupational burnout for coping strategies and personality traits in the principals and vice presidents of district 5 of Tehran. The statistical population of this study consisted of all principals and directors of district 5 of Tehran city in 1996. In this research, 100 people were selected by multistage cluster sampling according to the framework of statistical society. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The questionnaire consisted of 5 person factors, a burnout questionnaire, and coping strategies questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was verified using content validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and multivariate regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that, one of the components of coping strategies, the component of acceptance of responsibility, can be positive and exhaust-avoidance component of burnout can predict job burnout negatively. Meanwhile, acceptance of liability has been more powerful. 2-From the components of personality traits, extroversion and conscientiousness can predict job burnout negatively; conscientiousness has been a stronger predictor.Keywords
