Clinical Decision making makes an important part of neuro rehabilitation and requires cognitive and Meta cognitive skills of the therapist. Most of the time investigations may not correlate with the clinical findings. Appropriate selection of outcome measures also mandatory in designing the rehabilitation protocol.Keywords
