Incidence of cryptococcal infection is high in developing countries such as India. Cryptococcal meningitis is the most common, life-threatening, opportunistic, fungal disease in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-infected individuals. Pulmonary, intestinal, bone marrow, and retinal involvement have also been described. There are very few reports of cryptococcal lymph node involvement. We report here a case of generalized lymphadenopathy by Cryptococcus neoformans in 37 years old male diagnosed by biopsy and culture of the involved lymph nodes. Keywords
