The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge of high risk antenatal mothers on Prenatal Diagnostic tests and educate them about Prenatal Diagnostic tests. A descriptive study design was used which included 30 antenatal mothers with high risk pregnancy. The mothers were selected by purposive sampling technique. The tools used for the study were checklist for screening high risk pregnancy and a structured questionnaire to assess the mother's knowledge on antenatal diagnostic tests. Results showed mothers had inadequate knowledge on the prenatal diagnostic tests. The mean pretest score was found to be 17.6 (46.3%). The chi square value showed that there is a significant association between education & gestational age on prenatal diagnostic tests at p< 0.5 & p< 0.01 level of significance respectively. Keywords
