The Present Study aims to explore Parental Cognitive Stimulation of 5th grade students in relation to their Academic Achievement. The present study has provided the research based results and will help the parents, teachers and student to understand that how parental cognitive stimulation can play a positive role in the better academic achievement of primary students. Sample of 100 children and parents of 5th grade children were selected for the present study. To assess high and low parental cognitive stimulation the parental cognitive stimulation scale prepared by S. K. Bawa and Husanpreet was used. Mean, SD and Correlation were used for analysis of data. From the analysis it was concluded that There exists significant relationship between parental Cognitive Stimulation and Academic Achievement of 5th grade private school boys and girls .There exists significant relationship between Parental Cognitive Stimulation and Academic Achievement of 5th grade Government school boys and girls.
