Knowledge is an important force that drives an economy of any country. Nowadays technological advancement has transformed knowledge into e-format. E-world has made world run on a single click. This has lead to the emergence of Software Industry. HR must be considered as human capital. In spite of significant contribution of human resource in development of software industries and present study on HRA tries finding answers to the questions like - Are they given a place in financial statement? Why not? What are the methods? How are human resource considered as part of assets? How is HRA beneficial in management decision making process? HRA has suggested solutions to this problem by providing different methods of evaluation of human resource provided places of an applied and development of HR in the right direction. Research is to be conducted in Mumbai because there are many software companies in Mumbai city. Researcher has tried to study issue relating HRA indicate role of HR in financial performance of Software Company but not considered in managerial decisionmaking process. The study is based on exploratory and descriptive research aimed at finding the solution for the stated problems with the help of formulated hypotheses based on techniques availability. The study is based on primary and secondary data. The proposed study also aims at providing complete accounting treatment to Human resource as asset and the need of HRA in managerial decision making process.Keywords

We are living in an information technology age. Major businesses are going online. It is one of the ways in creating a more convenient, faster, and an increased revenue business. Online shopping is a form of electronic commerce which allows to customers to buy goods and services directly from a seller over the internet using a web browser. Online shopping reduces the physical buying of products or services. This process is called as business to consumer (B2C). It is also deals with B2B shopping. It enables the customer to browse the firm's range of products and services, view photos or images of the products, along with information about the product specification, features and prices. The researcher has selected this study to view the importance of online shopping for customers. For that the researcher has framed certain objectives and hypotheses. The study is based on primary as well as secondary data.Keywords

Earlier the brand image of the organization was created with the help of word of mouth. Just as the customer is the monarch of the market, same way now social mass media has become the monarch in terms of brand formation for any and every organization beginning from a start-up to an established organization. The concept of Creating Brand Image via Social Media is at the top of the schedule for many business officials today. Pronouncement makers as well as mentors, try to recognize ways in which firms can make gaintul use of solicitations such as Wikipedia, YouTube, Facebook, Second Life, and Twitter. Yet despite this interest, there seems to be very limited understanding of what the term "Brand Image" exactly means.
This paper intends to provide some explanations for the same. We begin by unfolding the concept of Brand Image. Based on this definition, we then provide a classification of Social Media which groups applications currently included under the generalized term into more specific categories by characteristic: blogs, social networking sites, and virtual social worlds.

In this study we have used cervical method to understand what is the impact of digital Human Resource Management in today’s digital world organisations and businesses and to understand how digital era has helped businesses form an organisation to maintain their Human Resource Management in a developed way. By the cervical method we are also going to know the reasons for employee turnover advantages and disadvantages of digital Human Resource Management and so on. There are many aspects of Human Resource Management, which are covered in this research paper. The present study is based on primary as well as secondary sources of data collection and it will be analyzed with simple statistical tools such as percentage, median and mode.Keywords
