The "Doing business report-2013" sponsored by world bank and International financial corporation has put India in 132 rank out of a list of 185 countries. This report has identified 11 broad parameters out of which there are many parameters related to e-governance aspect. E-governance in its different forms and levels acts as and entrepreneurship enabler. Many studies have indicated that the entrepreneurship being the growth driver of an economy, it becomes significant to further this objective through e-governance.- Partners in Crime:The Risk in Entrepreneurship

This case study presents a unique case of spectacular growth and dramatic failure of entrepreneurial endeavour. Often the entrepreneurship is a group dynamics rather than a pure individual play. Each individual in the team is not sufficient to fructify a new venture formation alone. At the same time having an organic team from the beginning is difficult. The team formation process would have its own challenges; it would depend more on level of trust between the partners. However, trust can't be taken for granted in a formal organization setting, so there is need for adequate reporting and control mechanism. The entrepreneurial organization can't have byzantine reporting, control and audit procedure, and thus has to depend on the level of trust. Considering this aspect the entrepreneurial organization has to transform itself into a professionally managed organization, but the exact time and context can't be predetermined. If the transformation is not appropriate there is inherent risk to survival. During the start up phase promoters would have role overlap and unclear hierarchy, their actions and motives regarding wealth and power would determine the fate of new venture.
This ethnographic research was the result of interview process of one of the promoters of the company. It is divided into two parts, the first part describes the events that unfolded during the entrepreneurship process and the second part describes teaching note with applicable theories.

Each entrepreneurial journey is unique. The intention and context of starting any organisation varies widely. This case study documents an entrepreneurial journey, which started at a later stage of career.
A narrative research methodology was used to deconstruct the events and relate it to the existing theory of entrepreneurship. Often, the lived experience of the entrepreneur, resource reconfiguration and challenges to intention is best captured through narrative research because of huge diversity.
In this particular case, a possible combination of existing customer base, relationships, and a professionally difficult situation were the motivations. These motivations were amply supported by prior personal qualities of teamwork, commitment to quality, and empathy.
The attempt in this article is to inspire, educate and call upon students and researchers of entrepreneurship to use similar methodologies.
This study is also a tribute to the entrepreneur who succumbed to Covid19 during October 2020.

The objectives of this paper are (a) to purposively review recent literature based on chaos, complexity and resilience theories and (b) to indicate the applicability of these theories to wider business and social contexts.
We believe that the pandemic of Covid-19 has introduced an additional dimension to various decision making process in different forms of social and business organisations. At the least, the concepts of social distancing and its practice is the delta change of the theory of chaos with wider and meaningful repercussions. Secondly, as postulated by the theory of chaos and complexity, the path traversed from one state to another is not exactly reversible. The pandemic related changes may not be reversible in future. There is a need for discussion on various possibilities of outcomes, finding patterns in chaos and complexity. During the Covid-19 pandemic many individuals have undergone the trauma of personal suffering, loss of near and dear ones. The delay in access to medical supervision due to capacity mismatch, inadequate knowledge, confusion regarding the policy response, and public response to rules are some of the additional dimensions of complexities experienced. At the same time, individuals and organisations have demonstrated resilience to overcome adversities. There is a contextual necessity and opportunity to extend our knowledge base.
This review discusses illustrative but non-exhaustive researches conducted so far in different social science and business organisations to help conceptualisation of future researches. The structure of the paper includes a brief introduction, the theories, application and conclusion.
