A new framework recognition system for identifying the missed pilgrims in Hajj and Umrah is presented in this paper. The framework recognition system is based on the Wavelet Probabilistic Neural Network (WPNN) classifier. The entire framework recognition system is capable of identifying the missed pilgrims. The framework recognition systems is developed as an application for mobile phones The proposed framework recognition system is applied to a huge database for pilgrims in the Ministry of Hajj Computer server for matching and identifying the missed pilgrim. The results are superior comparing to the existing systems.Keywords

Nowadays, most of paper based exams are converted to computer based exams. Such conversion requires a significant robust security issues. The security issues are not limited to the authentication of the exam invigilators, and provided identification card. Improving the computer based exams authentication security is a challenging task, where focusing on user authentication ways is the main core to have a robust secure exams. This paper introduces a new methodology of authentication based on biometric iris recognition system for Qiyas exams in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Actually, this paper proposed a two level of authentication in order to ensure the process of verification in internet computer based exams.Keywords
