This university without walls on the Internet is the brainchild of metalworking executive Jack Schron Jr., president and CEO of Jergens Inc., Cleveland, OH. The concept of ToolgU is derived by combining the need for training with the information delivery potential of the Internet for a unique solution. It intends to provide web-based training of in-depth real-world technical content tailored to the trainee's need at basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
