Abstract
The term Human Resource Management refers to the application of Management principles to management of people in an organization. It consists of people related functions as hiring, training&development, performance review, compensation, safety&health, welfare, industrial relations etc. The Human resources are very much important in an organization as it is an asset to the organization. HRM function is also a management function concerned with hiring, motivation concerned with hiring, motivating and maintaining people in an organization. In our day to day business we are lacking the means of resources.
