The purpose of the researcher is to study the effectiveness of different sourcing channels for talent acquisition adopted by IT industries in Nagpur.
The entire study is based on the primary data which is collected through the responses from structured questionnaire from the employees of IT industries.
The research infers that the all the sourcing channels are equally effective for talent acquisition in IT Industries in Nagpur. As well as it is observed that Irrespective of the different talent acquisition phases, No significant difference exist between the organizations effectiveness of each phase.
The research will definitely contributes to the understanding of effectiveness and impact of different sourcing channels for talent acquisition.
The results and their implications come from a different respondents of employees of IT organization in Nagpur District only. Results may not be generalizable to other respondents of IT orgnisations of other cities.
