A Study on The Causes of Attrition in IT Industries in Pune

This paper studies the causes of attrition given by various authors for IT and BPO Industries. A literature review has been done to understand the varied underlying causes of attrition in IT industry which is a cause of concern in this sector. The parameters which are contributing towards the causes of attrition have been thoroughly studied and has been identified for the future scope of the study.
