Cloud computing is emerging technology which provide resources on rent basis over internet. When resource are allocated to user, then allocation itself becomes a challenge for cloud computing. To deal with this, scheduling has been made in a new technology named as Inter-Cloud. Inter -Cloud is a basically collection of multiple cloud providers where each provider share resource among cloud user whenever need. In this paper, survey is done on both scheduling and interoperability in inter-cloud.
